I purchased JELD-WEN fiberglass entry door, Factory painted installed by Home depot installer. ...
I purchased JELD-WEN fiberglass entry door, Factory painted installed by Home depot installer. I have a problem with paint and when I called for service, jeld-wen rep denied the claim. I have been waiting more than four weeks to get an answer, but no luck. As per warranty factory painted doors are warranted for five years.
More over, their customer service is very bad. Every time I call I wait on the line more than 30 minutes. No response for emails. Very bad customer service.
If any one buying jeld-wen doors for warranty or customer service consider again.
If Home Depot or JELD-WEN likes to discuss this please contact me as I am unable to resolve this.

Pretty, but dissapointed in quality.
Door header and threshold seem too long for side trim. Striker plates need to be shimmed because
the side trim is too far away from door. Pretty door, but not very rugged.

oval prehung exterior door
This has by far been the best purchase we have made for our home. the winds used to find ways to get through our front door. now we can keep our family warm this winter.
Our neighbors love the look and we keep getting compliments on how great it looks.
We have definately noticed a differance in the heating cost. Our family thanks you for such a great product.
