My door arrived at the store earlier than it was scheduled, my contractor had no issues with picking it up at customer service desk, and it was in perfect shape and installed with no problems. It’s even more beautiful than what was pictured on your website, and I absolutely love it!

This is a very well built sturdy door, but the color that it appears to be in the picture is nothing like what you will see in person, it is much darker.

Real nice door and solid, fit like a glove. The only think was the jam was 4" instead of 6" I never saw a 6" offered. so I had to go back and order a 2" jam extension the Home Depot employee really didn't know if he could order it so I ended up calling steves doors and got all the numbers and a phone no.for the salesman in five min. And it still took the salesman four hrs. to get me a price and get it ordered.

When I picked the door up from the store it was everything I expected and more. Great craftsmanship.

This is a beautiful door! If your house is like ours and has no entry so that your front door opens up straight into the living area, this is the door to get. It not only classes up the outside of the house but the living area as well. We are looking forward to getting a knotty alder back door too!
