Good quality door at reasonable price....would have given 5 stars except for the rough handling damage that occured during transit to store or in store....fortunately the gouges sanded out, and being a knotty alder door the rustic appearance hid the dings.

This door is not a first quality door.. I am not happy with it all.. wish I would have taken a much better look

Really beautiful solid wood doors! Love the knotty texture and arch. Wife burnished the wood with a torch then stained to match our fireplace mantle. Then installed the two doors using brushed nickel barn-door mounting fixture. Looks so rich and modern. Great product to work with.

I bought two of these and finished with Rustic Pine Briwax. Exactly what I envisioned when hung as barn doors over laundry room entry. I am very pleased!

The door construction is good for long term stability with veneered rails and styles. The panels are solid with most knots filled. Some of the panels did have through knots that allow a small hole to be visible through the door. Finishing was a challenge with multiple glue patches hidden throughout

Heavy and solid door, but came with numerous gashes requiring wood putty to fill. Would have looked dreadful if we intended to stain. Just took an extra step of filling holes and sanding before paint. Bit annoying, but door looks nice when done.

The door had multiple large black gouges that they call live knots. These live knots were very large and at least a 1/2" deep. I wouldn't recommend ordering this product.

Product was excellent but the service provided by Home Depot was poor.

I received this door with dents in various places but still accepted it because it took over a month to receive shipment. I was disappointed with this but was able to repair the damages with this product by using wood filler, primer and satin paint. If, on the other hand I wanted to just stain this it would not have finished nicely. I was not told the shipment was arriving the day before because no one called me until after the 1st delivery was attempted. FYI, in the future, it was be wise to contact the buyer to set up a time to be home to accept delivery. It felt like a guessing game which needs to be addressed. I would have to have taken off from work to be there for the shipment. I received a call and took off from work the next day. A loss of income because of a communication problem there.

Our contractor installed this door for us in a small farm house we use as a second home. He used the barn door hardware and achieved an excellent result. Looks great in this rustic home.

Received the doors I ordered within two weeks. The quality is outstanding, very well made. I would buy these doors again if needed. Well worth the price and actually better quality than more expensive comparisons I've seen.

I'm very pleased with the door, just wish it was a little heavier. I stained the door a dark java color and if you like a more rustic look for your door, it turned out beautiful!
