This being our First weekend to use the Smartfire Pellet Grill, I was thoroughly impressed with the features and cooking abilities of this product. Everything I cooked on it this weekend turned out PERFECTLY. We smoked Thursday’s 20 pound turkey for 8 hours at varying temperatures and ended up with a perfectly cooked bird that was juicy and full of flavor. It literally fell apart under the knife. Dad was so pleased that we had to hit the grocery store and we purchased two briskets, two baby back ribs and a Boston Butt. I put these on Saturday morning around 7 am at 180° and we basically forgot about them until about 2 that afternoon. I pushed the temp up (and wrapped them in foil for moisture) a bit to finish them off and by 5pm, the ribs and brisket were perfectly fall apart done. The Pork shoulder stayed on until about 9pm and when done, it fell apart in perfect juicy deliciousness. All in all, everything we cooked on it this weekend turned out as good if not better than what I have done in the past. It was SO Extremely easy and literally it was a set it and forget it experience. If you like to Grill, but HATE having to constantly tend to the fire or your food, then buck up and get this grill. You wont be disappointed.

I've had this unit for two years now and just love it! It takes a bit of learning just how long to cook things perfectly but after some trial and error my guests say my ribs or beer can chicken are to die for! Just set and forget! Pork butts no problem. Burgers in 20 etc.! The searing station is a godsend!! Get those blackened grill marks on everything! This is not only a smoker, it also grills. Smoke @ 150-300 and grill 300-500. The pellet holder is large so is this grill! Lol! I get two 5 hour cooks smoking before having to refill! As a first time Q'er i love this unit and would recommend it to anybody.

The grill arrived with both the top and bottom of the main cooking chamber severely dented. Called the grill's customer service line and provided pictures. They sent only a replacement top and not the bottom as well. Oh, forgot to mention that the hardware to assemble the grill was not included with the grill so another call to customer service was made. It's been one month and I still don't have an assembled grill. The packing and quality control is severely lacking.

This grill is by far the best grill I have ever cooked on. Well worth the price it's durable the quality is outstanding and the food comes out perfect. Just set it and forget it. It does everything for you, it like dropping off and picking up your food. I recommend you get one because you won't need any other. Does everything from normal bbq to jerkey. Love it
