The big problem I have found with this unit is the painted gas tank. The manufacture painted the inside of the fuel tank. Gas eats paint!! The paint flakes off, clogs the peacock valve, which has a plastic filter attached to it. This filter broke off and now the paint chips have clogged the peacock valve. Had to remove the tank, and peacock to get fuel to flow. Built my own in line filter to protect the carburetor. Lever mechanism for the gear box is cheaply made and bolts fall off. The snow shoot is difficult to manuver with the rotating handle, which is also cheaply made. The cable system on the top of the snow shoot which directs the snow is also cheap. The cable keeps breaking free from the lever making it tough to direct snow into the air or down to the ground. The headlamp is made from cheap plastic that broke in the cold winter. Spent over 1k on this unit and thought it would work nicely. I'm sadly mistaken. I would not rcommend it to another to buy. I've used this 3 winters, garage kept, and fuel additive added. I run it dry of fuel to protect it because we don't get a lot of snow in the Baltimore region. Would love to return but can't.

VERY HARD TO TURN. GREAT GOING STRIGHT. SPEED TO FAST NEEDS LOWER GEAR. THE MANUFACTURER VERY HARD TO DEAL WITH. LOW QUALITY MISSING PARTS A DOZEN PHONE CALLS BY HD AND ME AND ONE MONTH LATER I GOT MY PARTS BUT STILL HAVE AN OIL LEAK

The gears do not function well. I had to be using more of my strength to pull and push the machine. I definitely will be returning this for a better branch.

I have used the snow blower 5 times it had to be repaired twice,The name fits the product,it"s a BEAST!!!

My employer purchased this model for our 27 building apartment community. Oversized, under powered. Bogs down under even a light load. Auger and drive controls backwards from name brand models. Wiring came loose from electrical connections, wheel fell off after 2nd use. ONE WHEEL DRIVE! Save your money, read the other reviews online.

First thing wrong with this is the leaking gas if you use the primer more than zero times. First use was when taking it off the crate. Pushed the primer three times and all the gas went on the ground. It started and ran well and forward and reverse speeds worked as they should. Two days later first snowfall, it went about twenty feet through about four inches of snow and would not stop when I released both handles. It proceeded to attempt ingesting my house before i disabled it by pulling the engine stop key out. Even after warming up in the garage for a few hours it still takes off on its own when started.
