Hey TRIMACO, don't just slap a cheap paper sticker on the end of this roll to close it up. It is impossible to start the roll without shredding the first 6 inches or so, which is a waste. We can't use a knife, because of the risk of cutting through and damaging layers of the paper. Put a perforated line near the sticker for an easy tear-off, or use a sticker that can be removed (bonus for making the sticker reusable to save the roll for later).

This is good for lightweight floor protection. It's not heavy like Ramboard, but it is way easier to lay down. I like using it from the front door to the room I'm working in, when I'm doing dusty remodeling work in clients homes. It keeps the floors clean from my dusty boots when making trips in and out of the house. If it's in decent shape, I'll roll it up at the end of the day and keep reusing it for a multi-day jobs.

I use it for floor protection while spraying. I like it better than red rosin...easier to cut and holds tape better.

Perfect for making templates. Not too thin not too thick i would recommend over cardboard anyday

The builder's paper worked as intended. It was taped down to the floor to protect the floor from scratches while moving the new appliances in.

Makes masking less time consuming, thick enough to protect flooring of any kind!

This builders paper is an excellent option for floor covering on a project that will have light foot traffic. This paper will not hold up to water, and if you spill on it you need to remove the paper immediately and replace. This paper can also move around a little (waviness) even when secured at the edges because it is a lightweight paper.

Good for masking off a finished floor but it did not protect the finish from a fall. I needed something thicker. Takes tape well.

Great material

I stumbled across this paper in the back of the paint department and it is wonderful!! It is thick, sturdy and hot glue works very well on it. I'm using it as the background for backdrops for a party and it is holding up very well. Also great is that it does not tear easily and when I've had to pull hot glued items off, I am able to just patch it and continue to use the same sheet. Love this stuff and will use it again and again for future craft projects!

Used for brown paper flooring. Was slightly inconsistent in thickness between rolls but not really a problem. Of course it's not marketed as flooring material.

I use it to protect windows and doors. We spray water proofing over Stucco to help stop water from penetrating Stucco. This product works great.

We run a state licensed day care facility and this paper is excellent for kids art work.

I actually used the paper for a floor treatment! We ripped pieces and glued them down to the floor with Elmer's wood glue and water, then 3 coats of Min Wax poly....all products purchased at Home Depot!

Used to be good. I have bought at least a roll of this packing paper each month to pack orders for my online business. Just this week I bought a roll that smelled like stale vomit. Thinking it was a fluke, I thought I'd take the time to contact the company. The customer inquiry form on their web site is broken, so I emailed a rep. The rep told me they are just a broker and can't control the quality from their suppliers, so I should just take it back and go to another Home Depot. Went to another Home Depot today and the entire box smells like old puke and wet mildewed paper towels. I'd be embarrassed to pack any of my orders to my customers with this poor quality product. Just having an open roll in my office made it smell like the day after a frat party.

Used for spray painting cover up from over spray worked without any paint penetration.

The paper is a good width and cuts easily. I am a sloppy painter and the paper was very absorbent, but didn't soak through. It is a big plus that the paint drips didn't roll or slide off of the paper.

The paper worked great, even endured tremendous rain and didn't break apart. Very impressive. Cut the paper down the middle to get twice the length and used underneath wrought iron fencing I was painting.

This product was damaged when I purchased and didn't know until I got it to my destination. When I rolled it out - it was torn in pieces and I had to tape it back to continue with my project. Overall - the product did the job.

Delays in renovation schedule had me desperate to protect the refinished hardwood floors, but I shouldn't have worried! this builder's paper was easy to put down, masking tape to each next strip and entirely cover the floor to protect from the last renovations including installation of countertops, appliance deliveries and four roommates moving in all their furniture and "stuff." Not a scratch on the floor! It is also nice and thick so I will be using builders paper for mailing packages from now on too!

I build small boats using Epoxy as a glue. I had to laminate two pieces of Mahogany in place on the boat and needed to protect the interior. This worked great. I'm now thinking of using it under my laminating bench to protect the floor below.

This builders paper is a staple in our arsenal. It has been used for work table runners, temporary display for sketched diagrams in industrial environment; and to "Sheetrock" an unfinished interior space for temporary Office.

I built a Mardi Gras float for my grandson and the brown builder's paper worked as an excellent base for the papermache work that I used to cover all of the seams. It was strong enough to actually hold some components together whithout additional support. The entire float is basically made out of products from my local Home depot. All of the lumber, paint and fittings including the concrete tube for the steam section and post topper from the fence department ! The staff was always very helpful in working to find the odds and ends that I used in an application that was far from the normal request.
