Easy to install. Lovely glow from artificial burning logs. Warms our entire living room (170 sq feet) quickly and quietly. We are very pleased with this product. It is a better alternative to warming our living room than using a real fire in our fire place because of all our little grandchildren that visit frequently. Our little 4 year old grandson even asked if he could roast a marshmallow in our fire place. When we explained that it was not a real fire, he wanted to touch it himself. We allowed him to put his hand near the glass covering. It wasn't even warm. Not sure how the artificial fire can put out such warmth without heating up the casing itself, but we do like that feature. It creates a wonderful ambiance in the room when it is on, with or without the heat. We did feel it was a bit pricey, but are thoroughly enjoying it just the same.

I love the ease of putting the insert into my fireplace. It puts our some heat, which is nice but I love looking at the fireplace. I am glad I purchased the insert.

Very realistic fire, the curved front gives the fireplace a neat look, heater works great and we like the ability to adjust the flame to low, medium or high with the remote control. I purchased this fireplace insert sight unseen and worried about how it would look, it looks GREAT. We've had it on every evening since I installed it, sometime with heat and sometimes no heat, just for looks. I could not be happier with this product.
