I have a bunch of tulips around my mailbox, and every early spring you'll see them getting nibbled by deer when they start to break ground surface. I use this to spray on the plant every four to five days, a bit after rain. And I'll enjoy my tulip blossom in April. In case you ask, my neighborhood has about four to five large horde of deers and many many rabbits.

This product is NOT safe for plants! Everywhere it made contact or a sprayed on the vegetation, it caused the plants to be stunted and have deformed leaves with little to no blooms. (See pics) Be warned and use cautiously!!!

I had bunnies nibbling on my three hyacinths. That day I went and got this product, used it according to the directions, and never had trouble with the bunnies again.

Rabbits ate right after spraying. I have tried everything on the market. Looking to buy coyote urine as my last resort.

A neighbor purchased my 1st bottle for me & Ive been hooked. My garden is thriving with beautiful colors, as the squirrels, deer, woodchucks & some larger rabbits hate the scent. The young bunnies dont have their senses yet, so I still find them nesting in my plants, but they dont eat them anymore. I spray the outer perimeter of the flower beds & Im good to go. If it rains hard, I respray once it dries up.

Last year I couldn't keep the deer & rabbits out of my lettuce garden. This year, using this repellent I have not lost one leaf of lettuce nor seen any tracks. :O Mind you, it has to be reapplied often and for sure after a rain. But so worth the effort.

We had an issue at our cemetery that everytime we planted at my parents' grave, the plants would be gone within days! Cemetery said they have issue with deer at night. LIQUID FENCE did the job. I do recommend reapplying to keep it safe after strong storms, but the flowers look beautiful! Thank you LIQUID FENCE!!!

Here is a photo my Hydrangea one week after spraying and only a light rain shower. If I had my receipt I’d demand a refund from the manufacturer of this “rain repellent “ stuff.

This product did not work. It smelled so bad which ok I get that but the smell lingered on for forever I had to find a place to get rid of the container asap. We used it exactly as the directions said and it did nothing!! Rabbits were in our yard the next morning. This also caused tons of yellow spots in our grass. Wish I never used it.

It finally works but now I have an host of flies that swarm the area and stay close to my roses. Because of the product containing enzymes from urine and other ingredients that flies would possibly find to be attracted to. Not so sure if I will be using this entire bottle to help with the solution of the deers not eating my roses. After being consistent I finally can see my roses bush come to life but I’m not sure if it’s worth the infestation of flies. May have to move on to the ultrasonic product next ?

Have been using this product for years. Only thing that keeps the deer away from my flowers and bushes.

Liquid Fence is a great product. It is easy to use and is very effective. Last year, the deer ate all of my hostas. This year I applied Liquid Fence and my hostas are still beautiful. I highly recommend this product.

I applied this liquid fence when I first purchased it and it worked. We had a massive rainfall and it was roughly 30 days after first application so I applied another coat to my plants, as suggested. Now my garden is dying in front of my eyes. Not safe for plants in every instance. Did I get a bad batch? Who knows, what I do know is that I will not buy this again.

This product works wonderfully to repel deer and rabbits. We purchased this to repel deer from our flowers and wow does it work. Our flowers look amazing now that deer wont come around. You wont go wrong with this deer and rabbit repellent!

Use this to prevent overflow of deer that visit my property to consume my flowers. Great product. The only negativity is, you have to reapply consistently, especially after rain. Helps a lot.

Neighbors wonder how I can grow tulips in our deer/rabbit-infested area and the secret is this product. The key though is applying it right when the leafs of the bulb or plant start to emerge and applying it after every heavy rain/two weeks thereafter. If you miss a spraying deer/rabbits can strike. I also have noticed the deer/rabbits never get 'used to' the spray, they always avoid plants sprayed with it. The sprayer is easy to use, just shake well and spray the plants. It has adjust from mist to jet/stream setting. I like to use the jet setting and get a few good sprays on the leaves, I dont drench them. You will smell the spray for about an hour then after that it is hardly noticeable. Although the directions state not to store below 40 degrees, I do overwinter and its fine the next year. We used the Deer and Rabbit Repellant around our newly planted Leyland Cypress trees and our Blueberry shrubs and so far the deer have not bothered them. It's only been a week and so far the product is working.

100% ineffective - applied 4 gallons over a 2 week period to area where deer gathered to graze on my lawn - application did absolutely nothing as you can tell from middle of the day feeding fiesta in attached photo

This product does seem to deter the rabbits. At this time I have an over growth of rabbit population so I have to use more often then recommended but it is saving my lawn!

For me personally I have never used this brand of deer repellent but I would never buy this brand again. When I spray my bushes and flowers they turn white and the flower die off and even my flower pots has this white residue on them, plus my freshly painted door behind the pot has this residue all over it. The only reason I purchased this gallon was because this was all Home Depot had. But never again. If I still had my receipt I would return it and get my $22.50 plus taxes back. I still may try to return it without a receipt.

Prior to using this product deer would eat my roses. Since I have been using it I have not had a problem. It has only been 5 or 6 weeks but so far so good. I have followed the directions and I have applied a large amount.

I have a lot of deer that frequently use my yard, which is great because I like the way they taste and they are plentiful in the months of the year that I can shoot them. My wife, on the other hand, disagrees strongly. She used to love deer. She thought they were fun to watch.  Then we moved into the suburbs and she changed her mind because they eat all of her plants.  This product is one of several I have tried as a measure to dissuade them from eating a number of plants including figs, apples, and rose bushes.  It works reasonably well as a deterrent providing you keep up with the application regime.  Granted the population of deer in my area is fairly high, but I think the 30 days is a bit of a stretch.  I generally get about two weeks out of the product between applications.  During the growing season you will need to apply liberally and often, as deer eat the new browse very quickly.  As you can see from the picture below, the leaves that were treated on the fig remain while there is evident browsing damage from new growth that was untreated. If it were simply the efficiency of the product, this would warrant 5 stars.  Unfortunately, I've had to knock it down based on a major design flaw.  The applicator is horrible, the sprayer broke for me after the second use.  This led to the product leaking extensively in my garage.  The product smells awful and despite bleach, a degreaser, and baking soda as well as a solid scrubbing with soap and water my garage is no longer a habitable space.  A better designed sprayer that isn't so flimsy would be appreciated. I've now transferred the liquid into an HDX all-purpose spray bottle and use that as my applicator.  It's available for a cheap price at most local home depot or online via http://www.homedepot.com/p/HDX-32-oz-All-Purpose-Wide-Mouth-Sprayer-FG32HD3-21/205050147.  I strongly recommend anyone who uses this product does something similar until the company upgrades this product.

It works. First time my flowers have been able to bloom and not become deer salad. However I found it most effective to respray every 4 weeks or more often if there was heavy rains. A single shower or two didn't seem to impact - but a full week of rain required additional treatment. Also note this stuff stinks and you will too after applying. Be prepared to take a shower afterwards and not spend time where applied for at least half a day until the very potent smell dissipates. Found it best to apply late afternoon so by morning we could enjoy outside.

In the past the deer came up to the house and ate the buds off of all the lily plants before blooming. This year the garden was beautiful even though deer were spotted on the front lawn.
