Looks great and works as advertised. Have only had the fridge for about a month. Quiet once it gets to the desired temperature setting. So far we have whites to 46 and reds to 65. Remember this is storing temperature not serving temperature.

We were initially pleased with this product. However, it is now discontinued and you cannot get parts for it. The fan is not working properly and that means it does not cool the one side. We are limping along until the other one quits working. I even tried finding parts on the NewAir website and that was a complete and utter joke. We will never buy this product line again. For the price it should have lasted longer.

So far, no issues. Easy to assemble the 2 handles. Plugged in, let it cool down, loaded it with wine bottles. The temperature checked via a rack thermometer, is about a degree higher than what the LEDs indicate. No issues with sound either - it's fairly quiet. We have it under a cabinet in a pantry area. If it continues to perform well, we might buy another. Only issue I've seen is the right LED temperature readout easily changes from F to C - but we're not touching that high when we open it, so are not sure what's up. But, it's not an issue. it did freak us out the first time though when we thought the temp dropped to 16 degrees F!! What a freezer! :)

Do not purchase a New Air Wine Cooler Product. The left side stopped working and found out that product has a defect with wiring issues. I contacted New Air and they admitted to this defect, but would not replace because it was out of warranty. The product only lasted a year. I did get a warranty with home depot and waiting to see what will happen next.

Had it a few weeks. No issues. Works well. It "hums" a little louder than I'd like but it chills the wine well.

It was easy to set up

The service to our house and delivery was excellent. Easy yo hook up and it all worked. Thank so much. We would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes to have wine.

So far so good no issues

The wine cooler was a Christmas gift for my Mother and she loves it. This was very much needed.

Arrived on time and was easy to install. Removed it from box and plugged it in. Quiet as a mouse. Added wine and all set. Can remove wire racks to enable larger diameter bottle sizes. Prefer the wire rack to wood rack as it is easier to slide rack and see bottles.

So far, so good. The unit is very nice looking and has a good capacity for the price. It is virtually silent and keeps a steady temperature. Only took a couple of minutes to put the handles on and a couple hours to get to temp. Time will tell if It is a good value, but so far we are pleased with It.

Very stylish - sharp and modern. Solid choice for the price point. Came to temp quickly and has remained there - note, we had one power fluctuation which caused the unit to 'reset' itself approximately 10 degrees higher. If power goes out, you'll need to reset - just like your clocks. :)

A beautiful unit. No assembly. Works perfectly. Exceeded expectations for very reasonable price.

Very happy with this product. The lights are very nice and light up the entire cooler. The temp adjustments work great. The only thing I am finding it runs a little hot, mind is built in and I can feel it pumping out heat. The cooler itself runs a perfect temp. 5 stars

The first one arrived damaged. The second one had a small crack on one plastic piece that fits over the hinge on top, but we didn't want to go through the return process again. Have only had it for a few weeks. So far, it's maintaining the set temperatures. The interior blue lights look cool.

Delivery was sooner than expected, performance exceeds expectations. The unit is quiet and can hold more capacity than we need. Handle assembly was easy.

Looks great. Cools to 45deg (good for the white wines). However, I've only had for 14 days and already one of the zones has gone whacky. The front display doesn't work (completely blank) and the zone just stays on super cold.

Lovely cooler. Temp hold well; nice style. Could have a few shelves that allow for larger bottles but you can remove a shelf to accommodate.

I ordered this item 3 times to get one that wasn't damaged. This was a Christmas gift for my mother but she didn't get it installed until late January. It was frustrating to reorder not once but twice in spite of opening the box to inspect the top on the second one, only to find damage elsewhere.
