are there replacement knobs available for this stove top? mine are all plastic and have broken

I purchased my cooktop 2 months ago and find it to be well built and extremely easy to use. I love the grill because I can now slide my heavy pots over without the worry tilting them over. The ease of cleaning it is a time saver. After all the research I did and going to stores to get a glimpse of the appliance I found this cooktop to be one of the best.

This range came with the house I bought from flippers. Like many other reviewers, I think the actual cook top is way too far from the flame. It takes 40 minutes to boil water in a covered pot at sea level. I can't seem to get a pan searing hot. I changed out the flame nozzles to the propane ones since I'm on propane so I'm not sure if that is the issue, but I would still discourage anyone who loves to cook from considering this range. I'll be replacing it (AND the Whirpool dishwasher AND the Whirlpool oven/microwave combo) in the next few months as they are ALL terrible.

It does a fantastic job, especially enjoy the SpeedHeat burner as it boils water very quickly. I really like the clean, sleek look. It's very simple and that's become the theme of our new house, so it fits in perfectly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Though the Stove works fine for the value, based on what i hear and discuss at home, the heat reach to the utensil is slow and therefore the cooking time is extended. Second the hood is not powerful enough for suction hence requires quick periodic maintenance. Would like to receive advice on replacing the same with powerful suction hood. Please advice

I wish the high heat burners were in the front. I have to reach over a simmering pot to stir the one on high heat or turn over a meat etc. a real inconvenience.

I wanted to give an unbiased opinion as it seems to me that most of the positive comments were a part of a promotion. I am unsure why so many poor reviews about not heating up properly. I have to stand over my cooktop as it cooks so rapidly. Yes, the grates are unusually high but doesn't impact the cooking process. I do wish the grates had hinges as they are heavy to move for cleaning. I do agree that at least one of the larger burners should be up front but it doesn't seem to bother my ability to safely and comfortably prepare a meal. I chose this design due to the continuous grate as my smaller pots were unbalanced on my first cooktop. The look is of that of a professional cooktop and really looks nice with my kitchenaid oven and fridge. It cleans easily due to the smooth surface. I question the durability of the plastic knobs but no issues as of yet. It was an easy install for a novice homeowner. I look forward to preparing my meals everyday with this. It is a great buy, especially since I got it for a steal. #happycook
