First time user of a steam device. Very nice on hard floors. Other floor cleaning methods require extra work to eliminate water and soap residue, and any residue tends to be very visible on ceramic tile. The steam process leaves the surface dry within seconds and no chemicals are involved. I got distilled water from the grocery store for 87 cents/gallon and I think it helps, both with visible residue, and probably with future maintenance of the steamer. Steam is ready surprising quickly, maybe 5 seconds, after turning on the control. Tried it on upholstery and steam cleaning is not well suited for that, since there is no extraction, and the heat seems to even set stains to some extent. I think the foam and extraction method is still better for cloth. Easy to assemble, and I had no problems. The mop handle needs to be threaded in fairly tightly (by hand) and I haven't had loosening issues as mentioned by others.

I am so pleased with this steamer. My tile floors look new again, I can see into my oven window. I had been trying to clean these items with muscles and chemicals to no avail. I am happy!

We've never had a steamer before, so we are still learning the many ways to use it. As a steam mop our tile floors have never looked better. Next project is to see how well it works cleaning the grout. This seems to be a very versatile product. My wife cleaned our hardwood floors with it and the results were great, but she later read the instruction book and discovered that she should have used a lower heat setting than for tile. There was no damage to our sealed hardwood floors, but she will heed the instructions next time. My wife has also commented that it is lighter than expected and is not tiring to use. My only advice is to read the instructions BEFORE you fire it up the first time, and I am sure that you will be pleased with the results.

Purchased this a few months back. It does clean very well however when you mix the floor soap and water, more of the soap seems to come out and get the floor soapy. Other than that it is a pretty good product.

The overall construction is poor. There is no powerful steam. It leaves the floor soaking wet. A plain mop does the same. I used the jet attachment to clean grout and same poor results.

seemed a little more difficult to assemble than I thought it would be but I got! I do wish it would stand up on it's own. have to be careful when leaving it so it doesn't fall over.

It does the trick but is much smaller than the photo leads you to believe (I know, I should read the specs more closely). Also, it seems a bit 'tinny', not great construction.

I was so tired of mopping my tiles floors and it seemed as though I had to constantly purchase new mops. This steamer is much better than the one I had many years ago, it does a great job in no time at all. My tile is off-white an older so if I move the steam head a bit slower it takes out the discoloration in the tile. I tried using it by hand to clean my stainless stove and was less successful. I would heartily recommend this product to anyone.

I wished we had purchased this before and clean our floors. I cleaned my kitchen grout and I looked like the dirt was melting. I also sanitized the beds, pillows and couch. The mirrors are better than new. Incredible results when mopping. Thank you

So far, I've steamed my wood & tile floors & it worked beautifully. Then I used the stiff little brush & cleaned the grout on my kitchen floor & it looks brand new! I also cleaned the metal grates on the stove & inside the oven door--so easy..I love it! Highly recommend :)

Steamer itself works fabulously with pads provided ONLY, and wand/handle is VERY weak

The machine kept making a knocking sound and wouldn't heat up. I called the company per the included customer service flyer that was included in the box. She said to return it. I did.

The steam mop works great on tile floors, it nice to have a shine without the streaks. I haven't use the other two features yet but for the price and I only use it for floors that's ok too.

It was easy to assemble. After several uses, the mop head keeps coming off in use. Need to engineer a more stable locking mechanism. Otherwise, it an average product that gets the job done.

I have used this to clean my oven door, clean floors, and steam clothes so far. I love the versatility of this little tool. It is environmentally friendly, making tough cleaning easier and chemical free. Best of all, Made in the USA!

I bought this on their daily special. This is the first steamer I've owned. I like that it is both a mop and hand held. It creates steam very fast and is continuous refillable which for a long day of cleaning is very nice. I have not used it for steaming clothes or cleaning mirrors but have used it for mopping my laminate floors and general hand held cleaning. The floors are clean but not shiny that is partly because I have had to mop them before and I know that is not the way to take care of them. The hand held worked well where I used it I would have liked the steam a little hotter there but overall it did a good job. My only con would be the same as others it swivels to easily and the cord clips for wrapping the cord for storage slide so they really are useless.

I'm glad it came with 2 pads and they are washable. This is the first product of this type I've owned and I've only had it a few weeks. I choose it because it offered more options. It is quick to heat up and I was happy that it was easy to push on the ceramic tile floor. I used it also as hand-held with the small nozzle to spray steam into a pipe, rather than use the brush.

Use just once and I concur with everyone's comments. Heats up fast, real fast. Filled tank 2/3 full and was able to do kitchen floor and bathroom floor (both small rooms). Ageed that handle is flimsy,so if you use it as a handheld unit, do not press hard. Also had trouble changing handle height, I assumed plastic ring on base of the handle was a locking ring...it is not...just rotate upper handle in direction indicated on the ring to change from floor length to hand held length. DOES NOT come with a carpet ring so that could be tricky to clean carpets, also the pads tend to "grab" on the floor, they do not easily glide as you see in commercials. So a little effort is required.

This was absolutely wonderful at cleaning the oven. Wow - wish I had bought this sooner. Then I did the hardwood floors, the tile floors - wow they sparkle. Love that it is lightweight and so easy to change the attachments. My only frustration was getting the long handle to stay tightened onto the machine and telescope in and out easier. But with a little muscle - I succeeded.

The wife loves that it did such a great job cleaning the floors. She is a cleaning nut and is very particular on the results. It worked as advertised. It's a little delicately made so we'll see if it breaks. It will get a work out in our home for sure.

Had a shark that was more money that broke after 3 years. The hand held part of it works great and the washable pads are a better quality and if cleaned properly should never have to be replaced, the shark pads rip and I ended up replacing them 5 times at $13 a pair.

Previously had a shark steamer and it was very easy to use. I bought this one because I liked the idea of the hand held steamer too. Great idea that was poorly executed. Handle is way too long for most uses. Did work great on my oven though. Floor pads don't slide easily across the floor but it does a good job of cleaning the floor.

The extendable handle broke on its second use The steam it put out was great but there was no way to use it

I have only used it on the floor so far, not either of the other two features. Having said that, it heats up in seconds, gives good steam and cleans the floor wonderfully. I can't wait to use the other two features.

I have used an earlier version of this steam mop at a customer's house and loved it. The three in one feature may have its points, but the extreme twistiness of the mop head and handle is NOT an improvement. Why didn't they make an actual fastening between sections? It does steam at different levels so I feel safer using it on my laminate floors, and the water tank lasts a LONG time, so much better than the Korean steam mop I first used years ago. If you have a large or very dirty floor (like my farm house), do get extra pads and change them during the job, they will fill up with dirt. This is a good way to avoid chemicals when cleaning, and I will use it for sensitive customers as well.

I ordered this on-line, delivered free to my local store. It was easy to assemble, and cleans my linoleum floor like a charm! Also gets rid of the odor of my dog.

the 3-in1 multi-purpose steam mop was easy to assemble and works excellent. I could not be happier with this product. It is exactly what I wanted. The attachments give me the flexibility to use this as a mop and a hand-held steamer.

It is lightweight which I wanted, but the handle does not seem to be very sturdy.
