I ordered 2 sections of fence and 2 doors. Really wanted the natural look of cedar vs. plastic. Fence sections arrived in a smaller box. Doors arrived in two very large boxes. Looked like UPS struggled to get it across the country to say the least. For how bad the box looked - I was surprised there wasn't more damage to be frank... But what surprised me more was the letter inside each package. It was from the owner of the company that supplies these products for Home Depot. Signed Eric along with his personal telephone number asking to call if there are any issues... OK I say... Give it a shot. Sure enough, Eric picks up on the 3rd ring and hit it out of the park in terms of true customer service from there. Not only did he apologize for UPS - he owned the problem and STOOD BEHIND the product 100%... even though it really wasn't his fault. He got me started on the exchange process and even shipped out replacements the very next day. You just don't see this kind of service very often these days. I was very impressed overall. Looks good but definitely not sturdy constructed

The entire quality was terrible.Cheap material and no structural element to the gate.Would never again purchase a gate from Home Depot.

Price is high but made so not good, I think price and quality to much, I think you guys need gave me discount for this poor door

gate is very light and thin. I used a couple of cedar boards that I cut and screwed into place over the areas where the hinges went. Overall pretty satisfied with the look.

Very cheap construction, with gaps in the boards and the wood itself was poor grade.

The gate is attractive but the materials need to be more substantial to support the hardware. I had to place additional strength to ensure the latch in particular would have adequate support. However, the gate is worth the cost.

Not as sturdy as I had hoped the wood was not straight. But it is a beautiful color.

The door came on time. But when I removed it from the box I noticed that there were multiple marks and imperfections in the wood used. Two large gouges in one plank and another plank was splintering. Returning it and hoping the next one will be better.

I special ordered a 48" gate, the order was processed without flaw and extremely quickly. Instead of a fence gate application I used the gate for a door to an outside shower. It stained to match our porch and columns exactly. I am completely satisified. Great product, shipped quickly and Customer Service unlike I have ever experienced. You can not go wrong with this!

Gate has some cracks in the wood, not from shipping or damage but appears to be from the wood selection when the gate was assembled. Somewhat disappointing as it's not like you can just run it back to Home Depot and exchange... Was very disappointed that they didn't ship free to house as I ordered two gates at the same time (in the same order) and they only would ship one to the house??

Gate was packaged well. Was in good condition and no damage to product Gate is good quality and workmanship looks Very solid. This gate is not being used in a high traffic or busy area ( entrance to garden area) If in a high traffic area I might want to op to Get something a little more heavy duty.
