This product is great! The receiver is mounted in the fan housing at the ceiling, and was a really tight fit to get everything in and the ceiling cap on. After installation, it works like a charm. It only requires one hot, and one common wire. Hot is usually switched at a wall switch, once installed, just leave the switch on and control the fan with remote. The light switch on the remote also acts as a light dimmer. I have had this installation for about three weeks, and am very pleased with the product.

I bought this because I already had one that I hadn't used and it looked like I could use them on two different fans using only one remote. It works just like a garage door opener with the little switches that can be set the same and work more than one unit.

A very straightforward repair, once we had the proper remote controller. Worked perfectly.

The remote is to big and the fan speed starts at 0 stop to the slowest speed on 3 to the fastest on1

Easy installation and works just like I intended it to work.

It functioned fine. I gave it 3 stars because it uses numbers (1-2-3) instead of hi-med-lo. When you normally pull the chain, the first pull is high. Subsequent pulls on the chain are med, low, off. So is the 1 button equal to high, like the first pull or is it low based on modal number.

It works just like it’s supposed to.

The speed control bottons seem to be reversed. #1 is high and #3 is low. Other than this quirk it works fine.

After aligning the 4 DIN switches the remote worked perfectly. Why didn't I buy this years ago. Sure is better than beating on the old remote. I would recommend this remote.

didn't need it after all ,only needed a new battery in the old remote. I returned this one unopened

Second one in 30 years...not bad!!!

Easy to install, comes with everything, fits easily above a Westinghouse fan. Plus no beeping! Totally silent operation. Just push a button. Range is excellent too!

East to install. Works as promised.

It works fine with our fan and light combo. Not a big purchase.
