I purchased this product 9 months ago. I recently hooked it up again to start warm weather watering. Value #3 will not completely close. It's not a drip. It is enough water always coning out of value #3 that the sprinklers hooked to value #1 and #2 do not have enough pressure to function. The product is a great idea and easy to use; but now it constantly spews water. I need help. It is under warranty but I cannot find a way to start the return process.

Product lost it's programing the third time used. When it shut down the fourth time I tried it, it exploded internally and start leaking profusely. I only owned it for a month and returned it.

Quit working after one season.

I bought this online. Easy to program, but the water doesn't shut off all the way, the station that last watered just keeps dripping for hours or days until the next station programmed turns on, then that station keeps dripping until the next station turns on. Can't get into the housing to see what's going on. Very frustrating !!!!!

i used it for a couple times and the station 1 does not close. Not sure if it is a defective one but the overall rating of this product is pretty low. And I just gave a try and then got disappointed. I returned it.

easy to program works good. i would highly recommend it.

easy hookup, directions for setup is fairly easy. After setup turn on the water and let it do it's thing. you can add length of time the water stays on. works well. would recommend.

Do not purchase this. I have had three fail miserably. They may work for a short time if you are lucky would not recommend. I give 1 star due to the web sites mandate to post reviews

I have been using these timers for ten years or so. The big secret is, you have to protect them from being sprinkled by your watering system and from being invaded by tiny ants, who love to make their home in your timer's inner workings. If you do this, these timers run for years. If you don't, they're good for one season, maybe. Sounds weird, I know, but I grow almost all of our vegetables so I know a good thing when I find it. I keep mine covered with an old rubber trashcan lid propped up on three stones. I also spray with mint oil to keep away the tiny ants. I have to do this a few times a season. Anyway, I always keep a spare one of these on hand, but my current one has been running for three seasons and is doing just fine.

The three station timer only goes off for one station. I have tried repeatedly to program it - I have had Orbit one and two station timers which work the same way - but it simply won't recall anything but the first program you enter. I have also tried the Orbit customer service toll free number and spent an hour on hold before giving up. I also notice this a particular timer is not easily found on the Orbit web site. It does not come up when you search for it. That tells me Orbit knows it is a problem product. Complete waste of $62.00.

I loved the timer for the time period that it worked. Worked flawlessly. However, when we brought it out this spring for another watering season, it worked for about 1 week (with fresh batteries) and now it won't shut off at all. We have tried replacing the batteries but that isn't the problem. It is programmed correctly but won't shut off. Even when we turn the dial to off, we hear the click, but the water continues to run.

It lasted one summer before going pop and spraying water everywhere. Not worth the $$$ at all.

Great product works great. Now I don't have to think about watering the lawns or the garden!

My experience is that it is good for one year. The LCD screen did not come back for this summer. Maybe leaving in the garage over the winter wasn't good for it but my other model from Melnor came back to life fine... didn't even have to replace batteries from last summer.

Its been only a year and its dripping from the inlet and outlets. Product is innovative but not reliable that you can leave your faucet on at all times
