Working in my service panel and need insulated screwdriver. I had to install a new breaker and once I took off the cover for the service panel I knew I should buy an insulated screwdriver before I proceeded. I went to HD and noticed several choices available, This set was more economical than the Name Brand single screwdriver. It worked well and had a couple other insulated screwdriver ends available in the set. . 1/4" slotted, S2 square and #2 Philips.

The Commercial Electric 3-Peice Insulated Screwdriver set is great to have when you are working with or near electrical wiring. It adds an extra layer of safety, especially if encountering wiring you don't expect. I would still take all other necessary precautions while working around electricity. The tools work well, are smooth and concise. The handles are comfortable and easy to hold.

I am now A believer In these commercial insulated screwdrivers . I have tried a lot of electric screwdrivers . And I have to say these beat them all hands down . They fit very snug in the screws with no slipping. the handles are perfect size to hang on to with out slipping . I do a lot of electrical work and I am very impressed with this set I recommend these to DIYERS and pros alike

I am a DIYer and write this review based on my limited experience. I have been using these screwdrivers in the project of adding additional electrical outlets in my new addition. The screwdrivers are strong, easy to handle as someone thought out the style of the grips very well. Even though I know that the power is off, I get a better feeling using the insulated screwdrivers. I substituted the screwdrivers for a multi-bit screwdriver in by electrical tool pouch as these definitely improve the toolset. I like the idea of the screwdriver type on the head so that I can easily select the tool versus hunt and peck.

Very nicely insulated with excellent grips. Very good set with a phillip, and a strait and an S-2 square point. These screwdrivers are very well made and should last a long time if you don't use them as pry bars. The S_2 tip is very handy as a lot off screws now come with a square hole in them. The grips are very good and fit your hand very well. A welcome set to my tool box.

I got these insulated screwdrivers so that I can work on live electrical equipment without getting shocked. They are rated for up to 1000 VAC. In the past I have used not-hot work screwdrivers and was always worried about either getting shocked or having the metal shank of the screwdriver touch the enclosure and cause a short. With these drivers the entire shank is not conductive so they are a lot safer. Another nice thing is that the type of screw that they fit is marked on the top. I can now see which tool I am grabbing without taking the tool out of my tool bag. See the picture. Great set of drivers.

The Commercial Electric 3-Pieces Insulated Screwdriver is of good quality and also good insulation for your safety to help prevent electrical shock , but if you can cut off all power it could be to your safety , One straight slot for tighten down ground wire then common ground then add wire to breaker before snapping in box , Some screws require the Phillip's screwdriver like on removal of the breaker box lid , The R2 can work in some of those Phillip's screws also , looks like a straight and Phillip's also ..

The Commercial Electric Three-piece Insulated Screwdriver Set is a very good quality set. The insulated rating is up to 1000 volts. Each screwdriver has a great anti-slip grip handle. The bright yellow color makes them easy to find. There is a #2 Phillips head, 1/4 inch flat-head and an S2 torque head. Pretty much the basic screwdrivers that you’ll need to do most household electrical jobs. I recently used them for switching out several Switch Plates and outlets in my house. Having insulated screwdrivers is a great addition to my household tool set. I recommend purchasing them.

Commercial Electric Insulated Screw Driver. These are excellent screw driver with soft plastic (rubber) insulated handles that fit very comfortably in the hand, I wear large size gloves. The shanks are cover in solid coat for insulation and it comes with three separate screw driver tips; 1/4 inch keystone, #1 Phillips, and #1 flat head. They are solid strength with S2 steel shanks that will last a life time.

This set seemed to be a good value but I (incorrectly) assumed that the square driver would fit the most common electrical devices, but it does not! All of my Square D breakers as well as the panel cover screws are S2, the driver is S1 leaving lots of room to strip out the screws! I cannot understand why Home Depot would include an S1 unless there are other devices out there that require it??? I guess I will have to look at another manufacturer/retailer for want I want! Good thing I am only out $11.

It had two square and didn’t have a slotted screw driver

Great set, used the square driver to tighten down screw on a new breaker in my electrical panel.

Very good initial quality and relatively inexpensive. God value for your dollar.

The square drive is definitely a plus in this kit. I had another kit but didn’t have the #2 square drive in it.

Good enough for the home owner, remodeler. Reasonably priced relative to k**** and m********.

I’ve only used the Philip head screwdriver and one of the tips broke the first time I used it, returning them soon.
