I ordered a wall mount setup and it came through as a tub mount.

Upon opening my purchase from you, I decovered it came with out any directions and left it to me and the drawing above. I will not recommend this due to having only two inadequate anchor points to stabilize the unit from the wall and ceiling. Very shaky. It should have four anchor points to insure that it won’t come down if one would grab the shower curtain if slipping getting in/out. Think safety!

Shower head pipe is not standard (1/2 inch thread) and did not come with an adaptor. Been to two plumbing stores and both said must be euro or Chinese, need adapter to make work. I’m a contractor and am disappointed. My customer is unhappy

We installed (and have tried using) and really like it. The reasons for the 4star is it did not come with instructions(But we looked up online) and the area which the goose neck attaches leaks. Also, we could of used a longer wall support. However, the levers are easy to use and looks good.

Metal fittings were a bit snug to put together up top, almost too flimsy. Shower head end was smaller than most shower heads, so we needed a part that was unexpected.

Looks good with my 1927 tub. There were NO instructions in the box for installation which accounts for the 3 star rating. For the price of these fixtures, some sort of instructions regarding installation and care should be expected.

The look of this is great and the Faucet functions perfectly. However I have been to several stores and cannot find a showerhead for this. how have others done this?

The shower stem is metric and it is impossible to find a shower head that will fit it.

Looks and functions nicely. Heavy duty not flimsy like our previous faucet. The screws need to be tightened periodically.

Exactly what we needed. Appears to be high quality but have only used it for 1 month. Expensive but so are all the options I found.

My handy man installed it so I can’t comment on ease of that process for the inexperienced. One complaint, when the facet is seated tightly in the tub holes, the curved spout looks crooked in comparison to the shower stem. If I could, I would return it but...the plumbing is already done for this.

I had to have a faucet for this tub and I can't just get it anywhere. Availability is not prevalent. I love the appearance and it functions wonderfully. The long shower head arrived in a horribly mangled box... My husband had to fix the bend in the pipe tubing. And, I wonder why it had to be so expensive? I think it should've costed about 1/2 of that, but it's a specialty item and I couldn't find it anywhere else.
