The compression ring and nut were missing out of one of the boxes, but we didn't need them and had them installed this weekend and they worked great. The real test, as always, how long will it last and will it work when we actually have to use it to shut odd the water to the vanity?

An antique house has many challenges, plumbing is a major one. The 1/4 turn valve (several of them) replaced old bathroom valves that showed corrosion and small leaks. The FIP design was perfect.

Body of the of the valve is good. They killed the quality of the valve with a cheap plastic handle that most likely break after a couple of years.

This valve features a "washerless" design--a 1/4 turn ball valve. I replaced a leaking valve where the washer had gone bad and there was no way to repair it. The drip has stopped and my wife is quite pleased.
