Paint continues to peel off, even from day one. Missing some hardware, and missing a piece of the wheel assembly. Works ok, but overpriced for the hassel, and likely won't hold up outside long based on the paint issue

The usage fits my reason for its purchase. The rear axle should have a foot brake and release pedal making it a secure item on all terrain! Sandusky originally shipped a handle with torn/ripped rubber that covers the top portion of the bar. You couldn't miss the ripped area, but with some of today's workers too bad seems to be the attitude and the individual shipped the defect anyway. Contacting Sandusky along with a photo of the damage, Sandusky shipped a replacement handle UPS!

Purchased this product to use as a portable workstation for a miter saw and other power tools. Basically created a workshop on wheels. The product was delivered to my local store within a day or two of placing the order. No issues with assembling the cart. 100% satisfied.

The cart was just delivered to us. When I opened it, all the bolts, nuts, washers were mixed together in one package, not separated. The instructions were pretty difficult to understand because there were a pictures of three bolts that all looked identical in size in the picture. Instructions said I should have pins for the wheels, but there are no pins. I am only halfway done putting the product together and I have completely run out of bolts, nuts, and washers, and according to the instructions, I still need 8 of each of those. I figured I could just go buy some of those and fix it, but then I ran into another problem...The metal holes that you put the handle into are welded in opposite directions and therefore cannot install the handle. The cart seems pretty heavy duty, if there were a way to actually put it together. So, to summarize... - Missing hardware and pieces - Bad welding job makes it impossible to assemble - Instructions don't make complete sense - If you leave the box inside for too long, you may suffocate due to the tires awful smell. Much stronger of a smell than other carts I've ordered with fresh new tires.

    Excellent value
Easy to put together and very sturdy. Great tires and mobility. Some parts missing from box. Pins for tires.

      Nuts to this cart!
The cart itself looks fine but the bolt kit is a disaster, There should be 4 types of bolts - there are two. Not enough bolts, nuts or lock washers The flat washers are paper thin and have to be doubled for strength. I replaced some bolts because SAE nuts would not work. Metric?

      special buy of the day
I had no problem assembling the cart, it's heavy duty, and work like it is supposed to. The handle needs to have a pin or something to hold it on. Other than that I am well satisfied with my purchase.

      Very disappointed
I believe the product would be exactly what I wanted if it had all the parts in the box. This was a clear example of someone not caring about the job they do at the storage facility/warehouse. I received the product in what was clearly a "repackaged" state. It appeared to have been purchased and returned at least once. When I opened the box the bolts, nuts and washers were loose in the box and the container which was intended to house the parts was torn apart, taped up again and opened in storage or shipping. The instructions called for a dozen or so pieces of each. Loose in the box were 5 bolts, 7 nuts and 3 washers. I contacted the local HD store and was told to bring it in. Returning the product was the most effective, efficient and enjoyable part of this purchase. Oh, and by the way, the reviews on line warned me of this situation. I thought it might be a one time thing. No such luck.

      Unfortunate Design Flaw
I bought 2 of these carts for my granddaughter's flower shop so she could water & display plants outside during the day and bring them in at night. They are great carts - if you can put them together! That took additional parts & some engineering because the front & the back wheels are not level. I had to create spacers to level them out before all the wheels could turn. Also, bolts & washers were missing and one of the handle tubes was crushed on each of the carts. If you do try to assemble one, I recommend that you do so outside, and then leave the cart outside for some time before bringing it into any closed area. The fumes from the tires is noxious!

      Design/Manufacturing Issue
This cart is all that I wanted to have except for the quality of the workmanship. This is a heavy duty cart that seems able to withstand plenty of abuse (at least it appears to be that way to me). Sadly, I never was able to assemble to cart to try it out. One of the two swivel casters would not fit onto the mounting bolts on the underside of the deck. Although the slots on the mounting plate of the casters does allow for a bit of adjustment for the fixed in place mounting bolts, if one of the mounting bolts (as was the case in my cart) is offset more than designed, there is no way to make it fit. This seems to be a problem in the manufacturing process when the mounting bolts were welded to the deck and were not alined properly prior to welding. The offset of one bolt versus the other three rendered it impossible to mount one of the casters. For a cart costing as much as this one does, things like this should not be happening (a lack of quality control people on the assembly line when this was made I assume is the problem). I do like the way Home Depot stood behind the product and gave me a complete refund including shipping (I bought this unit online because this model was not sold in stores). All I had to do was to return it to my local Home Depot store rather than ship it back which to my way of thinking is the way to handle the situation presented to me. I ended up buying a cart that was available and in stock at my local Home Depot store and I am using that cart now without any problems (so far).
