Dremel M440 works.
The M440 works. I love it. It does nasty jobs that no other tool I own would do. Use your own picture above.
At last, a really new type of tool that does previously undoable jobs!

Multi-Max wood flush cut blade is alsome!!
If you are putting down laminate flooring this tool is a must have!!!!!!
