I like it very well. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it said that it should come with an extra 5 inch disk for 5 inch pads but it only came with the 6 inch. Other them that it a very good tool I upgraded from a 5inch ryobi

Great work horse sander. Tons of power. Great for sanding down large sheet goods or for heavier stock removal.

Used for tons of projects in one household. Great... until today, the central bolt/shaft broke, the metal just sheared.

This sander is by far my favorite. With the Bosch vacuum there is no dust or with the included filter. I’ve been trying to find a finish sander that was this nice for some time. It’s definitely worth every penny. I’ve used many different brands of finish sanders and this one by far is better than anything I’ve used.

The vibration isolation is a really nice improvement over other sanders (you'll feel the difference) and the dust collector works very well. Four stars because it is very expensive and because you should be able to rotate the front hand hold to other positions around the body like you can with some other brands.

The sander is very powerful and easy to use. The filter works very well easy to clean. Comes with a vacuum adapter.

Fantastic sander! Great quality and function

I've had this random orbital sander for less than 2 years, and it doesn't see that much action since i am a hobbyist woodworker. The bolt that attaches the pad to the sander has been coming loose during use. It's an issue since it causes damage to the workpiece and can ruin a finish. It would cost me a third of the price of the sander to get a replacement part for myself to fix. I realize I'm 10 or so months past my warranty date, but that cost to repair is too high. The sander should've lasted a lot longer than it did considering my usage. I am pretty disappointed since I did enjoy the sander's vibration reduction features. I will probably sell this sander as-is and go with a different route.

Unfortunately the one I received is defective and has to be returned. It jumps around the work and is uncontrollable with and without a vac attached and even with the speed turned down. The smaller Bosch sander I have can be guided with one finger but this one bucks all over the place. I called Bosch to see if there's an adjustment or fix I could make but they said I should return it. I hope to get a replacement but it looks like they are out of stock so I may be out of luck.

Just under 3 years of use when trigger lock quit working and bolt holding disk on machine sheared off and got stuck in sander. Free shipping to send it in for repair, but would have cost a lot to fix. Only a 1 year warranty.

Looks like the sander was used and then returned. Scuff marks on the tool and the box was beaten up

Exceeds expectation, easy to handle and not too heavy, but still sturdy. Sanded a full set of kitchen cabinets and will be moving on to a couple dressers, so time will tell if it continues to hold up.

Hands down the best sander I’ve ever owned. Certainly on the higher end of prices but worth every penny.

I purchased this sander to finish prep ~ 800 board feet of poplar for an interior trim project. My previous ROS left my arms and hands tingling after a couple of hours. By comparison, I can sand with the Bosch for 4-6 hours without any vibration-relates fatigue. Legit. This sander isn't lightweight, so it's a workout to use it that long, but it does a great job and is much less tiring than lighter sanders I've used. The provided dust canister is useless, definitely hook this up to a vacuum or other active filter. Using this with Mirka Abranet discs (and pad saver) works fantastically.

Smooth operation, truly dustless. Only con, difficult to find 6" 6 hole sandpaper.

Best sander I ever owned. Runs smooth with no vibration on your hands, yet can take out material fast.

The dust collection on this sander is mind-blowing.

Vey nice sander—did just the job we needed to refinish two desktops!

The sander is low vibration and hooks to my vacuum easily. It replaces an older model Bosch sander so I expect it will give good service over a long period as did its predecessor.

This is a replacement for my 6" orange colored ROS that I repaired three times. Its woes are well documented online. The sanding pad attachment loosens that in turn wears out the holes thru which it is attached. The Bosch has a simpler yet seemingly stronger manner of attachment. I used it with 40 grit to sand/renew my Black Locust front porch stairs. Locust is very hard and had been previously finished with an outdoor oil. The new Bosch handled it smoothly and rapidly. The dust collection worked great as evidenced by the amount of fine sawdust I emptied out several times.

Excellent sanded but expensive.
