don't waste your money in three years it's on its way to the garbage dump used it maybe six times I've already spent $125 on parts trying to keep it running now it's out the door to the garbage dump what a piece of junk

First time I used it, the pull start broke. it came with a two year warranty but when I called the customer service, they didn't know that. The customer service rep said "According to what you say, it may have a 2-year warranty"

used this mechine for 4 hrs runs good but hard to fill gas tank with the handle on

mines in pices in garage waiting for parts but to be honest it will probably never be any good.

Will not start after you shut it off. Very poor product. I definitly got what I paid for a piece of junk!!!!!!!

Bought my pwr washer at Home Depot and have had flawless service from it. I found it to be very dependable, and when maintained properly through an active preventative maintenance program it has never failed to work as promised. I have used this machine to wash the siding on my home, travel trailer, vehicles, loading docks at work, sidewalks, and decking. Proper winter storage will go along way to increase the longevity of the unit.

thought I was upgrading from lower priced units but this one gave me about 5 minutes service before it quit. The excell company hotline was useless and upon trying again to restart, the pullcord assembly broke. Saw another return in store on the same unit the week afterwards. Don't waste your time and money! would give 0 stars if possible
