It’s a decent hose reel cart but all six rods; 2 axils and 4 reel rods, were missing as they escaped through a hole punched in the box during shipping. Customer Service quickly shipped replacement rods. Placement of the male hose fitting won’t allow a hose with an anti-kink feature to be attached.

Rust is beginning to form after one month of use! Rust/corrosion is what did in my last hose reel after one year. Where's the quality control? Your customer service personnel were very helpful! Would like to know who is in charge of quality control. Thanks for listening.

This hose cart replaced a new all plastic model that claimed to hold 250 feet of hose, but was clearly going to break with the weight of 250 feet of high temperature rated rubber hose and was very hard to roll over even hard surfaces. New cart was very study and the large pneumatic tires make to easy to push over uneven ground. No missing parts and all parts lined up for easy assembly. Pained steel frame, so I wouldn't advise long term outdoor storage exposed to rain. Toss a tarp over it in this case. No leaks.

Concept was good, execution flawed. Hardware barely fit together and stripped with a hand-turned screwdriver, frame work was loose no matter how tight the bolts got, cotter pins hit the valve stems. Cheaply made, poorly designed.

This product was easy to assemble. Held the length of hose I needed. Even had a little basket for the sprayer. Wheels are rugged and great for wheeling on grass or dirt or snow.

Well put together and a good value

Had one of these for years and finally had to replace it. Sure glad it was still available.

Love it but a super pain to assemble - directions leaves room for lots of guess work. Handyman's nightmare but I finally got it together.

What I expected.

The reel itself was excellent. But the connector hose leaked at the faucet. After changing washers, etc. I cut off that end of the hose and installed a replacement female connector.

this doesn't hold 250ft unless you are running maybe the 5/8" hose. Barely holds a 3/4" 100 ft hose. Wasn't supper impressed wouldn't recommend it to someone else

For the price; it is excellent value! The short hose failed at first use. Not needed, anyway. Friend likes it, too. Wife loves it. GS

Her skirt is a lot smaller than the previous one we have. Definitely not the same quality just OK

A lot of assembly but fairly sturdy in the end. Have to steady it with a foot to reel in a long stretch of hose.

Overall not bad . Didn't like the way the push handle was secured. It was week ,should have dropped into frame further . Directions could use some clarity Hose piece that came with the real was unfinished no clamp on end from factory Therefore useless . But I do like the mobility .

Had to wax the whole hose reel after the first time it rained alot of rust showed up, not happy

Nice cart all steel no plastic

I would recommend it with reservations. The coating on the metal was very good . If you have to put your foot on it to keep it from turning over when reeling hose in. 1 have ha it little over a month . it came close to meeting my expectations . The tubing the handle was made of was to small after it was swaged and did not fit the frame leaving the handle very loose at the joint making it sloppy.

Makes moving the hose around much easier. It is not the strongest but it works very well.

Did not receive the axles with the shipment. Had to modify the connection as it was behind one of the wheel spokes and would not allow the hose to connect properly. Called customer service and still have not received the axles. It has been 4 weeks.
