Easy to assemble. Looks nice and heats well. Only small thing is you can use the lights without heat but not heat without lights.

We used it every once in a while, but just the fireplace function, never used the heat. Had it mounted under a window 3 feet from the foot of our bed. Watching TV in bed this AM when out of nowhere BOOM, sounded like a cinderblock went threw our window. Glass everywhere and up to 7 feet from it. This was really scary how load it was. It was the outside curved piece broken in thousands of pieces, took 45 minutes to clean. The inner plastic piece was not damaged

The product was exactly what we expected. It arrived quickly and was easy to install. We installed in a motorhome, so it is a perfect fit for our small area.

Looks nice and arms our room. Curved glass helps it look more appealing from the side. Would buy again

This is a good product but has poor directions for how to install properly. The directions are in metric measurements and are in a microscopic type set so small it is very hard to read to understand the instillation requirements. I recommend Home Depot to Contact this manufacturer for better instillation instructions for a safer installation.

Very easy to install. Love it. Put in bathroom so I can relax in tub and view fire. Love the remote to turn off and on heat as needed

We love our fireplace. We hung it up in our master bath and use it to heat the room before a shower, works great! And it looks nice, also.

What you see is what you get. For my taste, the curved front panel gives the unit a more finished appearance. For some reason, my bedroom is the coldest room in the house, so the purpose of this unit was to supplement the house heating system. The bedroom is about 225 sq feet and has has a high slanted ceiling, so it takes awhile to notice the warming. Luckily I have a ceiling fan to gently drive down the warm air. Installation was pretty straightforward, ( instructions are as good as you can expect from a non-english speaking tech writer). They included drawings that helped to interpret the installation instructions, ( although I had to convert from Metric to Inches). Overall I'm pleased with the unit and would recommend it to friends. Delivery to my local store was fast and they texted me when it arrived. Only thing that kept it from getting 5 stars is the top should have louvers instead of mesh to direct the heat out into the room instead of straight up, heating the wall it's mounted on. The wall never heated to a point I was worried about.... just say'n.

This is perfect for our living room. Looks great and warms the room. One simple change We did was to drill two holes 16" on center on the mounting bracket so it was mounted solidly to the wall studs.

It was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter so I only have the information second hand. It was easy to install and she likes it very much..

Easy to install. Heat mainly rises from the top of the unit so mounting it as high as recommended channels heat more to the ceiling than directly radiating across the room. Appearance of a real fire more realistic at a distance rather than close up in a small room.
