Good detail, easy to install, great appearance
product as described, nice finish ,good detail. Product arrived sooner than expected. Only issues were lack of installation sheet and back surface not flat. Addt'l finishing req'd to sand down entire rear side.

NOT FLAT
I just got one also, and it's NOT FLAT! The outer edges are way below the ceiling surface. What's up with that?
