Fits perfect on my shelf.

Hi. I just finished installing my new Dolle "Glassline" Standard 32" x 8" x 5/16" shelf. I seldom even bother to write reviews anymore because it seems that so many items are just crap; not worth the price I paid for them but I was favorably impressed with this item. I'm not a particularly handy guy but I would describe the installation of this product as being quite easy. The biggest problem I had is the one I always have with shelving units: installing the shelf so that it's level. This has NOTHING to do with the product and everything to do with me but I advise measuring several times and making certain that your drill bit and the plastic anchors go in at a perfect 45 degree angle. The "scoop set" (polar) shelf braces I selected are sturdy, easy to snug up on and are especially nicely powder coated. One note of caution: If you're like me, when positioning the glass shelf, inevitably, you will insert and remove it from the braces several times to determine exactly how you want it to lay. (The diagram on the back of the "scoop-set" package advises a maximum of 12" between braces....I did mine at 10"; seems fine). Be sure to always insert the shelf with the same side up while trying to find your proper position; the upper surface of the bracket WILL leave some minor scratches on the bottom side of the frosted glass but they WILL NOT be noticeable if you always keep the same side down.

Worked perfectly & look AMAZING! Only con is the anchors that come with the shelf are pretty useless. Bought heavy duty anchors and it works great!

This shelf is perfect for small items and the glass is very strong. Took 10 minutes to install and is very attractive.

Used this for in between shelves above my kitchen sink and turned out great. I am very happy with the quality of the project and the look. Also paired it with a part of brackets also purchased at Home Depot. Has been up for a few months already and no issues.

Good looking, easy to install, glass shelf. Always better to find a stud to screw into, especially if you intend to put something weighty on it. The anchor screws may be good enough, but unfortunately you may find out the hard way.

Great product at a very fair price. I returned it since the wife wanted a deeper shelf (~10" instead of 8") and during the return it was put to the ultimate drop-test by the store clerk - it survived without even a chip! For the larger shelf I went online to Glassline.
