These gauges work well, but should be mounted in the upright position. It's nice to know what your household water pressure is.

Replaced old valve in less than a minute. New works great.

I ordered two of these gauges and they are exactly what I needed to monitor my water pressure.

Good guage

I installed the Water Source 200 psi pressure gauge inline before the PRV so I could know street water pressure. The gauge after the PRV tells house pressure. At a glance, I can tell if the PRV is working. The old PRV failed allowing house pressure to reach 160 psi. The gauge is as described.

It was not what I expected

It installed very quickly and is reading my water pressure accurately, just as I wanted it to do.

A very solid unit that seems to be very accurate. Fitting and thread cut is also excellent. An overall good unit to monitor your private well settings.
