Tsunami seal works great! It’s easy to work with to trim and fit your application. I had an issue with rain water seeping under my garage door, but after installing tsunami seal, I no longer have ANY water seepage. Awesome product.

With the heavy rains we get in Texas, this was a very neccessary product to keep rain out of our garage. Now, little if any gets in.

Bought the tsunami seal for my garage door a while ago. Good directions to instal. Installed easily. No more water in my garage. Successful purchase.

Excellent Quality, Really work great, we bought it to stop water from getting into the garage, just installed it about a week ago in the middle of raining season and our garage has stayed dry. Waiting to received the door seal so we can replace that but even with the old worn out seal it is working great. The liquid nail that comes with it does work and is more than needed. Just follow the instructions provided. We did one door on the first day and didn't drive on it for 24 hours and then we did the second door,

We haven’t had a big rain test yet so I don’t know how truly effective this will be. Installation was done by our handyman and took about 30 minutes...easy. Be aware that the liquid nails adhesive is actual yellow and dries yellow so you have to be careful to not make a big mess.

It was very easy to install. The seal is really doing the job of stopping the water from going in unwanted area.

PRODUCT IS VERY EASY TO USE. AND CAME WITH EVERYTHING. I WOULD ONLY RECOMMEND THAT THE GUN THAT WAS SENT WAS NOT OF GOOD QUALITY, HAD TO USE ONE I ALREADY HAD ON HAND. OTHERWISE IT DID EXACTLY WHAT IT WAS SUPPOSE TO. I GIVE IT A 10+

The caulk gun literally buckled in half on first squeeze. Good thing we have others. So far the water is staying out.

We installed this because our garage floor was poured by an idiot and it slopes towards the exterior walls, when we park a vehicle and the snow melts, it gets the baseboards wet. We don't drive on it but it dams the water without a drop getting under it. Floor was polished, so roughed it up with palm sander and it is very secure. Just purchased second strip for shop.

This was very easy to use. I left upside down unrolled overnight. I put the glue down to keep in place on a down hill drive slope, to slow sand from coming to garage. It's angled to help runoff go towards a grassy area. Working well for what I needed. Only been a month but holding in place.

This product was easy to put down and has so far stopped the flood in our garage. We ordered the 20' because our 2 garage doors were 9' 1" wide. It was a little difficult to cut the pieces, but well worth it.

Good in theory, but failing after a month. One side has started to peel up after 1 month. The manufacturer would probably say that surface preparation, cleansing, or adhesive application was done incorrectly, but I would disagree. My garage floor has a "polished" cement floor. Very smooth, and not enough surface area to provide adequate grip for the adhesive. I am not suprised it is beginning to fail already. We also have our cars at full turning lock to enter and exit the garage, which is producing torquing forces on the strip. The strip will need to be achored with concrete screws or something better than glue. The door is sealed nicely though, and it keeps water out.

The kit arrived on time and as advertised. The instructions were clear and installation of the product itself was relatively easy. The main difficulty was removing the old adhesive from the concrete floor. Ideas on the internet were of little help. I used a combination of a battery operated multi-tool, an electric sander with very coarse sandpaper, a chisel and lots of elbow grease. I think the 2 tubes of caulk and the caulk gun were a little excessive. Most people willing to tackle this project probably own a caulk gun and I got sufficient coverage with one tube - although it was close. So far it is keeping the leaves, debris and water out of our garage.

Best part of this product is that it solved our problem. So good for all.

Had a problem with water that puddles right at the edge of the driveway at the corner of my garage on the outside during a heavy rain, and then running under the garage door into the garage, this fixed the issue.. I thought I was going to have to spend thousands having my driveway redone..

The instructions for installing the Tsunami Seal Garage Door Threshold Seal were very clear and easy to follow. The installation process took less time than I had anticipated. The seals work very well.

I only gave this product a 'good' rating because we just haven't had it down long enough to say excellent yet. But as I said in the title, so far so good. It was easy to put down with two people, you really couldn't do it alone. The adhesive that comes with it (liquid nails) has some flexibility in it so even after you lay the strip down you can lower your garage door and have time to snug it up under the door. It actually looks pretty good on the floor (we got grey). From what we've seen so far we would recommend it to others.

There were always leaves and rainwater blowing in under my garage doors. This threshold kit resolved the problem. We had 2 days of continuous rain and not a drop made its way under the door! Great product!
