Bad Manifold
I just recently bought these. The 3/4 inlet and outlet threads both leak no matter how much tape is used. I spent over $300 dollars per manifold and I would expect them to work perfectly for that amount of money. Whoever designed these threads did a very poor job.

Poorly designed and manufactured product
This product is unusable. The 3/4" plastic threads at the inlets at the top of the manifold are extremely poorly designed and prone to leakage. The injection molding gate is located at the initial threads which a) leads to the adapter fitting they send with it to pop off and leak and b) will not allow for a 3/4" FNPT adapter fitting to be used as it provides a leakage path through the threads no matter what level of Teflon tape or sealant is used. As a plastic's engineer, this part is poorly designed and I would not recommend it to anyone.
