Solid device, on the second try. Manufacturer is not helpful
The first one had the holes drilled wrong. I called the company and they were anything but helpful - instead of simply sending the bad part they said I should return it to Home Depot (after their brochure said "Do not return, call us!)
I returned it and hoped Home Depot will simply send the part but instead I had to re-order.
This is a good design for the money. Second one works. It wobbled badly so I got a bunch of spare washers and stuck them between the frame and the vertical pipe, and that seem to have made the trick. The mount is stable, and reasonably comfortable. Two bikes are a bit cramped, but proper lashing with a bungee cord prevents the bikes from rubbing. Generally a good product.

Great Bicycle Rack
Easy to assemble.Mounted 2 Bicycles and traveled from NE Ohio to Little Rock Ark. Not any noise and the strength of the mount is solid! Would recommend to others and price was reasonable!

You get what you pay for
Bike ready to fall off. Cross bar in bike is too large to fit clamp screw down.

a little wobbly
make sure and tighten the bolts holding the bike in place. They seem to loosen up quite a bit while driving.

good value poor fit
I'm pretty sure it was missing some bolts and home depot didn't carry the hitch adapter I needed to use it. I rigged it all together but it seems very loose. I think the manufacturer could have designed it to tighter tolerances. It was the cheapest one I could find so I guess you get what you pay for.

Not For Daily Use
This rack is Perfect for you if you are making a long haul trip to a biking destination and back. It will securely hold your bikes in place. If you are making a quick trip across town to your favorite trail this rack is NOT for you. There are too many pieces and steps involved in mounting a bike. the rack is also not a good fit for children's bikes smaller than 20". the connection points are loose so there is some noise going over bumps, and the lock and pin holes are misaligned making securing and locking bikes a bit difficult.

miserable!
The rack itself looks very sturdy and it is...BUT...the joints to put the actual vertical pipe to the curved pipe didn't fit. The painted part of the steel coating was too thick and there was no way the pipes would fit together. I spent a few hours grinding the paint off of one pipe to get it to fit over the other piece..and then, the pipes weren't designed well to make the hole for the bolt visible..I then had to grind the hole out to make the nut/bolt fit through. So, I'm sure it will rust now. Then..you get to the very end and read "mounting bolt not included"--really? they include multiple sizes, that require multiple size wrenches and can't include ONE more part?...so, hopefully your hitch has a hole that matches up with the bike rack! I wouldn't buy it again OR suggest anyone else waste their money!

Works Great
This is for Kelly from Willmar, The bike rack will fit 4 if you alternate the handle bars of each bike the oposite direction from the bike next to it.

no introductions
It doesn't tell you how to mount the bikes so that a person can mount 4 bikes or for that matter 2 bikes without adding the extension. We ran into a family with the same product and with the same problem. Does a person mount upside down? We tried everything but could only mount two with the extension included.

Quality Product
You can't beat the value of this product! All parts are built to last, feels solid when you use it. Would definitely buy this again.
