Great quality product that looks very classy. This product is thick enough to hold it's shape but not so much it's hard to cut. It is better to use a small table saw to cut but it can be done by scoring with a razor knife. The panels are easy to clean with soap and water.

Great design, great panel - one GIANT COMPLAINT - WHY IS THE FREAKING STICKER ON THE FACE OF THE PANEL INSTEAD OF THE BACK?!!
These are great panels, love the design. For that we were extremely pleased. Easy to install and they look great. BIGGEST DOWNFALL - THEY PLACED THE STICKER ON THE FACE OF THE PANEL ON EVERY PANEL!!! WHY THE HECK IS IT NOT ON THE BACK SIDE SO NOBODY SEES IT?! IT TOOK FOREVER TO GET ALL THE GUM FROM THE STICKER OFF THE FACE OF THE PANEL..... WHAT THE HECK?! For price, design and installation I would recommend - you need to have a LOT of extra time to get the stupid sticker off.... STUPID.....

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to review our product! I apologize for any inconvenience with our product. The UPC stickers were designed to aggressively stick to the back of the panel as required for all Genesis stocked product. We have had customers that would prefer to flip the panel over and use the back of the panel as the front of the panel but the Icon Relief was designed to have the carved geometric design come out towards the floor. If you wish to install the panels the opposite way, and remove the sticker, you can use any method you prefer (putty knife, water and cloth, peeling back with utility knife, etc…). We do not recommend using any abrasive cleaners as it may damage the tiles. If you prefer the design from the back of the panel, but do not want to remove each UPC, you may prefer our Icon Coffer Genesis panel as an alternative option. The geometrical design on the Icon Coffer is pressed up into the panel rather than extruding out towards the floor. Like the Design
I like the design and the light weight of this product. Went up fast but the stickers are on the wrong side and left a sticky residue that is hard to get off. Otherwise a good looking ceiling. Have to use a different design for boarder because you can’t cut to fit properly.

Our tiles are made on a press machine with the stickers being applied to the back of the panels. The design of the tiles is meant to recess up into your grid system, not project downward. Some customers choose to flip the panels and install them the other way, like your installation, but it will be difficult to remove as they are intended to stay on the panels. Had some of this already, but purchased from another store. Glad to see HD carrying it now, and at a lower price. Using this in our basement, easy to install, easy to cut, easy to clean. Be careful not to press hard on them, markings can become permanent rather easily. Don't force them too hard, the pressure can cause them to crack at the corners and sides.

We do recommend anchoring any lighting fixtures to a floor joist or additional substrate and not rely solely on the tile to support their full weight. Icon relief tiles
These ceiling panels are great. They are not as flimsy as some other panels. Easy to install and cut. I cut them on my table saw. They only thing I found was that I dropped a couple on my laminate floor and they chipped. So you have to be careful not to do that. They are a little pricey but what a difference they make in my basement.

Easy to work with, looks a million times better than the old acoustic tiles!Only negatives are they aren't acoustic so there is more noise. Also we used the old tiles to help weigh down the new ones where the lights were cut in.
