looks good, on my third one and it has a cracked case like the first two.

We bought this for the look and have had nothing but problems with it. The mixing valve had a hole and leaked straight out of the box. They returned it no questions but put us a week behind. The instructions were not correct for the diversion hook up. Poorly written instructions. Very generic and not accurate. We've figured out all the kinks now and it looks beautiful but if we were to do it again we'd definitely choose a different faucet from a different manufacture.

hooked up like instructed. quick connections leaked bad. when the water is turned on, it shoots out of the wand before it comes out of the tub filler.
