Really like everthing about it.
Great distance and clear audio signal. So far it's been a breeze to install and operate.

The product did not work well at all
The intercom was easy to install and set up, but there was so much static on both chanels that I ended up returning it.

Works for what I bought it for
Some scratchiness/static to the transmission but it works fine from one floor to the next. My girls love to call upstairs to see when dinner will be ready.

This product saves many steps up and down the stairs
Love the convenience of not having to run up and down the stairs for simple conversing. Only drawback I've found is it has static when located too close to a lot of electronics (computer, printer, etc.). Otherwise, excellent product.

Home intercom
Reasonably priced. Transmits clearly between first floor and second floor over a distance of approximately 120 feet.

Can't get it work
Can't get the units to work in our home at all. We bought 3 for 2 kids room and to use as a monitor in our room. We will be returning the product to Home Depot.
