now I know to never buy Vinotemp. unit was received defective. compressor does not work and it does not cool. same as other reviews, this manufacturer has zero quality control or costumer support.

The concept of the product is great but I wish you had other brands to choose from.Vinotemp is ok but not great.Although if would of bought the 4 bottle and wine cooler combo but u do not carry it anymore.

Not what expected
The first unit we received was missing parts, the 2nd had a damaged casing. We tried it for a few weeks and I feel it is not worth the money. Cooling fan runs almost constant, wine bottle a hassle to install, and CO2 ran out in just 2 bottles of wine.
We are returning the unit for a refund

Would not recommend product or vinotemp
First one I ordered had a defective fan. Very noisy. Returned to home depot and ordered second one.
Second one had a quiet fan but compressor did not work.
Total waste of time and money Returned both. Home depot customer service asstounding. Vinotemp customer server worst I have seen. Home depot tried hard to make everything good. Vinotemp never returned phone calls, said they do not repair products in the fielod. Need to ship back to them. Homedepot shoud seriously consider dropping their product line as it is not representative of the normal quality they deliver.
