Very good refrigerator - bad control placement
This refrigerator does a great job of keeping things cold. The only problem I have is that the temperature control is on the outside, on the top right hand corner. As this sits on a shelf unit, accessing the control is very difficult - both to see and to adjust. The marking on the control doesn't help to identify which way is colder. Since adjusting a refrigerator is always time consuming - adjust it and wait, repeat - until it is at the desired temperature, this is really inconvenient.

It is so roomy. Everything is in easy reach. Had it 2 months Yes it meets my expectations. We had ordered the next size larger but there was a mixup in the delivery charges. It said free to home and then we found out JUST FREE TO STORE. WE CANCELED THE ORDER. Ended with smaller one. When ordered by someone trying to help us.

Compact Refridgerator
I have purchased 3 window air conditioner units and now a compact refrigerator. I have learned that these are quality products, made in North America and not overseas.
The refrigerator interior is well designed with drink can holders in the door, deep shelves.

This fridge is just what we wanted.. we wanted something for upstairs... we put it in our office and load it up with water and soft drinks.... just the right size... don't even know it's there...

Danby fridge has flexible uses
Using it in my camper. Fits perfectly. A new camper fridge would have cost $1600. I only camp at full service spots so this is a much more reasonable solution.

You stated that you are using the fridge in a camper and although this is not a recommended usage you are camping at full service lots to ensure the fridge has the proper power supply. We would recommend that when the ambient temperatures are ranging below 40F and you are not heating the camper that you unplug the unit as the lower temperatures can cause the oil in the compressor to get thick enough to damage it. Unfortunately if this were the case then the fridge would not be covered under warranty.

Good refrigerator
In general it is a good refrigerator. Only one down thing, it has a temperature control knob on the back wall and you will need to pull fridge out of the counter in order to adjust the temperature.

Perfect Size
I selected this fridge because I wanted a small white fridge that I put on the countertop in a small kitchenette and still have the optimal amount of space for the upper cupboards. Haven't started using it yet but it looks perfect in its location and will do the job nicely.

Compact and well designed.
After a month, the fridge is quiet and efficient. Ergonomics are good for a small unit and is cheap to operate.

Keeps freezing half of my things..
This fridge was great for the first few months but now it keeps freezing random items in it. It's strange because the placement doesn't seem to matter, just certain things freeze and some don't. My carrots turned into tiny ice nuggets and my milk is a giant carton of slush. Not fun. Don't recommend (unless you like eating the icy versions of your favorite snacks, of course).

GREAT REFRIGERATOR FOR KEEPING BEVERAGES
CONSTANTLY HAD TO DEFROST OLD REFRIG BECAUSE IT HAD A FREEZER SECTION AND WE USUALLY HAD WET MESS TO CLEAN UP IN GARAGE AT THE LAKE. DANBY IS GREAT. NO FREEZER SECTION TO DEAL WITH AND MORE BEVERAGE HOLDING CAPACITY.
