This wine cooler is exactly what we needed for the smaller space where it now resides in our basement bar area. The cooler sits on a granite counter with cabinets above. Due to its compact size, there is still plenty of clearance for proper ventilation between the bottom of the cabinets and the top of the cooler. Good ventilation is critical for the cooler to run efficiently. So far (we've owned it for one month), it has performed flawlessly and runs very quietly. As other reviewers have stated, the temperature displays are bright, but we actually find its soft blue color to be quite pleasing to the eye. Setup was a snap after removing the cooler from its shipping box. The box was sturdy and I'm glad it was. The cooler shipped from California all the way to Georgia and survived the journey unscathed. A minor complaint is that only one larger diameter champagne bottle can fit on a shelf. This really isn't a slam against the cooler because, after all, it is a wine cooler, not a champagne cooler.

The unit is not only stunning in appearance, but runs super quiet as long as you follow the setup guidelines and space clearances. The two temp zone feature is perfect for chilling various types of wine for consumption or storage at the proper temp. I couldn't have selected a better unit.

Unit looks good. Needs a lot of space around . This cooler has problem to keep temperature. If you keep it at warm room it will has problem to chille the wines especially white wines below 50. If you have another choice buy something different and better.

This item requires a lot of space around it. 6" rear ,12" on sides, and unlimited to the top. Not pointed out in the description. The doors were out of alignment when delivered and needed adjustment to close right. It is quiet and works well, no other problems.

Would I recommend the product is a yes and not answer. First of all there is not information really about the product. The product says it will get down to 46 degrees but after 3 week has not come close. The lowest it has gotten is 50 and then bounces from 50 to 52. The product looks nice that's all I can say at this time. Really not sure. This is my second one in less than 1 month. That's the other reason I'm not sure about the product. I have had a good one for at least 5 years and finally went out.

We had to replace an older wine spectator refrigerator and happy that we chose this brand and model. This wine refrigerator is not only functional but looks classy on our countertop. We love the 2 truly separate temp. controlled compartments which have been working well so far. It was easy to set-up, too. My only wish is that the digital temp. display wasn't as bright as it is- it literally lights up the kitchen at night and we have to cover it sometimes. Other than that very happy with this item. The Home Depot purchase process and shipping went perfect as well.
