Power went out on our 800 square feet home on a 32 degree day. It was 67 in the house when I lit the unit. I had it on the lowest setting (1 burner) and 3 hrs later when the power came back on the temperature had went up to 70! Easy to use and definitely works!

I have a ~350 ft.² shop, with very little insulation, on high this heater can raise the temperature approximately 10°F in 30 minutes. And then maintain the temperature on medium or low. At the price I pay for electricity and the price of LP, LP costs approximately 27% less per BTU.

Works excellent

Fitting on this heater DOES NOT fit a standard 20 lb LP tank. No one can tell me what adapter to buy at my local store either. So now I am out a 150$ and STILL cannot heat a room next time I lose power. Thanks Home Depot

This heater we purchased is the best thing we ever did. Over the last year we had 4 to 5 electric heaters plugged up in our one bedroom apartment. Our light bill got up to $300+ a month. With this Dyna-Glo Propane Heater we are able to run it on its lowest setting and it keeps our whole apt toasty. We are gonna save hundreds of dollars with this new heater. We love it!!!!

This turned out to be a great heater for the garage and a backup heater for the house in case of emergency. When the temperature was in the high 30's and low 40's I was able to get the garage up to about 65 which made it comfortable to work in. It's a fairly large 2 car garage with no insulation. There were also some vents that had to be covered near the peak of the roof which I'll uncover in the spring. Setup was easy. Just use the top of the styrofoam packaging to hold the heater upside down while you put the casters on. It's also very nice to have the propane tank inside the heater with no hoses hanging out to trip over. The heater is well built and sturdy. Don't get frustrated with the first lighting of the unit. If you follow the instructions it's easy. Just remember when you first try to light it there is air in the hose, not propane. So you have to hold the lighter button down for a few seconds to get the gas through the line. I usually count to 30 and hit the ignition. If it doesn't light I continue to hold the gas button down, count to 30 again and then hit the ignition again. By the second or third time it's lit. Note you only have to do this when you haven't used it in a while. Also if you watch the pilot light you'll see the little thermostat in the flame begin to glow red. At that point the pilot will stay lit and you can crank up the heat. And boy does it put out the heat. I've had it for a couple of months now and I love it. It puts out 3 times the heat of my old one that was the same price. It exceeded my expectations and I'm very happy with it. I keep it right by my work bench which as you can see, I'm always working on something. I'll turn this on and keep about 4 or 5 feet away when I'm doing something quick at the bench. Or I'll start it up and go in and have coffee when I'm heating up the whole garage. And yes, I still have my little red wagon. It's very handy for tools I use all the time.

Great heater! Heats up the entire 2nd floor of my old home that doesn't have heat. There's barely any propane smell to it when it's on but you do have to be safe when operating this heater being mindful where you place it as it projects quite a bit of heat.

Great emergency backup heater, we'll written instructions. Unbox ed and assembled and installed 20lb tank in 15min, then kicked it on , it fired up easily on first try. Puts out heat like your in front of a fireplace, ran it in a 11x38 ft room got toasty in 10 min, very pleased with purchase...

Set up and tested the heater prior to a couple of teen and sub teen days in case the electricity went. Can I say how stupid natural gas and propane furnaces are when the blowers do not work if the electricity goes out. Easy to assemble and it really does put out a wall of heat. The cats love it. Bought another one to put in the greenhouse.

Great quality, smells a little after first turn on. Heats great but do not touch the top above the flame because it gets hot.

simple to assemble, works as advertised and adjustable temperature...also have a K1 kerosene heater that can't be adjusted for output...it just gets too hot to use. This one turn in on low and if needed turn it up. simple, efficeint and rolls around to boot.

With the current price of heating oil, I wanted something too help heat our living space in our home. This heater is perfect. The tank is easy to change, and it puts out more than enough heat. Very happy, and would recommend to a friend.

I cannot say enough good things about this. The heater starts first time every time. It works so well in my living room that I have not turned my heat on yet and the temp has been in the 30s and 40s. My dog loves it also, every time I turn it on she lays right in front of it. I am planning on buying a second one to put in my kitchen hopefully it will heat my whole downstairs.

Bought to use as an alternative heat source in our Skoolie. Fairly compact and easy to store when not in use. Nice that the propane cylinder stays in the unit No complaints so far.

This was a very easy to assemble propane heater. There was a power outage in my area and the temperatures were going to go below freezing. I was worried my pipes would freeze, so I purchased this as a last resort option to keep my house from freezing. I do not recommend using this without being in the house and monitoring the temperatures manually, in case of emergency. The heater comes with a low oxygen shutoff valve. It should be kept 6 feet away from walls and other surfaces, as the heat it radiates is very strong.

I bought this and I can't get the heater to work, the pilot light goes out as soon as I let up the button which I hold down for way longer than I should have to. Very disappointing, I'm going to throw this in the trash and buy a Mr. Heater like I had for years.

We have problems getting it lit, you have to wiggle it to get it to stay lit. Once lit its a great little heater for our space. Only reason for 4 stars.

They only stay working for 2-3 months and thermocouple goes bad

Heated up a small room quickly! Just perfect for what we needed.

This is junk. Worked for a couple of times now won’t stay lit.

Works just fine. You don't get 65 hours of use from a propane tank it's more like 50 hours
