This dishwasher out-preforms larger units, is easy to use and move, attractive, as well.
I purchased this for my Mom (she just turned 84) as a replacement for her full-sized portable. After doing the research, I was certain this unit would work for her...and it did. She loves this dishwasher and has mentioned it several times. It does a great job of washing the dishes and it is very easy for her to move around. She says it looks great, even though she wanted one the same color as the old one. Problem is, nobody makes them anymore. This unit is compact, yet has features that most full-sized units don't. We couldn't be happier with the purchase!

Its just okay
We were excited to get a portable dishwasher in stainless steel (They are hard to find), but this one ended up being just okay. It really does not hold much, and I find its just faster to hand wash then to use it. The rack rolls back into the unit when trying to load it, and the racks are cheaply made. I wish it was as nice on the inside as it is out the outside. Looks great, just not really functional.

Pretty good product
The first machine I received didn't work. I immediately called the company. Their customer service was top notch! I explained to Luis that the machine turned on, tried to fill, but didn't. I also mentioned to him that I received an error message. He spoke to a tech and they decided to send me out a new machine. Upon receipt of the new machine, I should give the driver the non working machine. After about 2 weeks I received my new machine and the driver took the non working. The instruction manual is one of the worst I've ever encountered. They give absolutely no instructions on how to hook it up so for those that are not portable dishwasher friendly, better find a You Tube video. The rest of the instructions are poor also. It pretty much works like a full size built in, so if you're familiar with working a dishwasher, you'll be okay. What I did notice is this: When pulling the hoses out, you see a wire housing with a clip. It also moves around when pulling the hoses out as well as putting them back in. I'm sure, down the road this might become a problem. I'm contemplating opening the back and somehow affixing the wires to the back of the unit rather than having them constantly moving around. This machine is quiet. I had to go into the kitchen a couple of times (about 20 feet from where I was sitting) to make sure it was still working. Its that quiet! It moves around easily and it looks nice in the kitchen. I wouldn't put much weight on it, as the side panels are pretty thin. The bottom rack slides right back in when trying to load. You'll have to hold the rack and load. Once the rack has some weight on it, it won't slide back into the machine. I used the machine twice. Once on "All in One" and once on normal. All in One means using the all in one tabs. The other way (normal) I used detergent. The detergent worked better than the tabs. I'm guessing the tabs are for a full size rather than a compact and that it might be a bit too much soap for the compact size. The dishes cleaned well and there was no soap residue, though filling the dispenser got the dishes and glassware sparkling. I'll continue to use the dispenser rather than the tabs. Like any other dishwasher, the plastics were slightly wet when the cycle was over however, everything else was dried well. What I've always done with the plastics is, when the washing cycles are over I open the machine and shake them off, then return them to the unit to dry. I've found shaking them off before the drying cycle will completely dry them. All in all I'm pretty pleased with this unit and I hope I can get a couple of good years out of it. I think its a bit pricey for its size and for something that doesn't carry a name brand. Would I recommend this to a friend? Absolutely!

The dishwasher works great.
I have put dishes that I have not rinse and they came out clean. I use the back bottom for my glasses and pots n pans and they fit perfectly. I use the top for short glasses and bowls; it has a lot of room for its size. I don't usually put excellent ratings on very much but I really like this dishwasher.

Great size and mobility
Perfectly fits my small kitchen, my boyfriend was able to unscrew the hose and connect it to the plumbing under the sink so I could use the water while the dishwasher was in use. Cleans great! Only downside was that it did not have an option to turn off heated washing since I like to use the bottom shelf for things that are heat sensitive.

This dishwasher is great if you don't have room for installed washer.
Convenient washer that can be moved out of the kitchen when not in use. Cleans dishes well. A bit small if you are used to regular dishwashers. On the down side: dispenser for soap is too small for gel tablets to fit; If your faucet doesn't have the removable aerator ring, you either have to replace the faucet with one that does or run a hose and series of connections with a valve from under the sink to get water to the machine. I would have thought there would be an adapter since very few faucets come with removable aerator rings anymore.

Perfect!
I could no be happier with this dishwasher. Everything about it is great. It is very quite, the hook up is a great design, the size works fine with a family of 4, it cleans with no issues, it rolls very easily and It looks very nice. The only things I could mention if I were super picky is there is no heated dry option but that is easily dealt with and the hoses could be a bit longer but they work just fine. I pay close attention to quality and this unit is great for the price.

Instructions lacking but product is ok
This is a nice dishwasher. Works great and it's just the right size for my small kitchen. The only complaint I have is that the instructions are very lacking. I live alone and I've never had a portable dishwasher before. Nowhere in the instructions did it show how to hook the dishwasher up to the sink. After an hour of searching the internet and thanks to YouTube, I finally figured that out but then couldn't get the water to go into the dishwasher. I called the company and the man I spoke to said "we'll have someone call you right back." After several attempts I finally got everything working properly. The company did call back... THREE days later. I love the dishwasher but I'm NOT impressed with the company!

I am extremely satisfied with this product!
My wife and I found this dishwasher online. We don't have the room to put in a dishwasher so a portable one was ideal. It was really easy to set up to use and has done an amazing job cleaning the dishes. It's small so we can't fit every dish in it every time but loading a dishwasher twice is more ideal than spending the time washing all the dishes.

I wish it had a similar cost to the built-in models.
As mentioned I wish the cost was similar to the built-in models but I understand that this is a niche item and the cost is reflective of the item.

This dishwasher does a decent job of getting dishes clean
The dishwasher does a decent job of getting the dishes clean but it takes a minimum of an hour for a speed wash and does not have a dry feature.

makes life a little easier
I paid 500$ for this after shipping, though pricey, it's worth it to not have to do dishes. Love it!

Check on service options
Purchased this dishwasher online. Great size for our small kitchen, which I loved, but it only worked a few times and then would not complete the wash cycle, kept getting an error message. When we called, found that it could only be serviced in the California area. All we could do is return it, which would take a month to get another one. Associates at Home Depot were very helpful in encouraging us to return it since it was giving us problems, but it led us to a point of having to find transportation to return it to local store. My main disappointment was that it was not clear online that no service would be available for this particular product. I felt that ordering through Home Depot would mean it could be serviced locally.

Exactly what I needed
I resisted buying a dishwasher for years, primarily because we have little space for one. I was also concerned that a smaller sized dishwasher (in a portable) would be lower quality and less satisfactory than those of the built-in variety. This one actually is the right size for our small kitchen, and though it may not have the 'wow' features one can get in a dishwasher, it does have more than just an on/off switch. It provides enough versatility for our needs. This was the right purchase for us.

OVERALL THIS IS AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT
I was skeptical of this brand at first but so far it is a great product. Just the right size for 2 people. We turn it on about every 3 days. Holds a lot more than you think and i have not had one dirty item after washing. I love the stainless interior and the quietness of it is unreal. We just attached the quick release to our faucet and left it and then we just snap the hose on when ready to wash. Excellent product so far and I hope it last a very long time. Only flaw is tracks that lower tray runs in does not hold basket in place very well when pulling it out to unload or load. It rolls very easily for when not in use. I look forward to using it during the holidays not only to wash dishes but to use as extra countertop. Very pleased so far with this product.

life changing
It's really simple to use, it adds counter space in my small New York kitchen and helps me be lazy. I hope it lasts as all these reviews have to come after items are relatively new, I have high hopes though. Dave

This product works great and is exactly what I was hoping for!
This dishwasher had no reviews so I was unsure how well it worked. I have now been using it for a month and I love it. It looks nice, has many washing program options, is quiet, easy to move around my tiny kitchen, easy to install the hose, and cleans well. I do pre-rinse my dishes because I only really need to run it once a week, I don't want them to smell in the dishwasher. My glasses come out nice and not spotty ( I use vinegar as a rinse aid.) You have to turn off the water flow and power when the full wash is complete, so I plan ahead to wash when I am home for a bit, but this is not a problem.
