This is the second fan that I order. The first one was delivered under my carport where we enter the house.This one was delivered and put in the front of my house, box was open and it is broken. Very disappointed in this delivery service and the fact that I was sent a broken returned item, especially when I work for Home Depot.

Nice fan 4 Speed and it's big blow a lot air I like it.

Lasko has always been an excellent product for me. Had to replace my older 10-15 year version during continuous triple digit weather. However didn't realize that the oscillator button was cracked until after I had completely assembled the fan. Not the fault of the company, workers tend to throw boxes around, the motor was in the bottom of the box and not protected with any padding.

We looked for this exact fan everywhere else and Home Depot had it at the best price. I have a small patio but needed a powerful fan to cool off the area. Floor space is at a minimum so have a big box fan or a pedestal wasn’t an option. So I installed the fan on my brick wall using a steel bracket and some ingenuity. Works like a charm and keeps the air moving thus keeping us cool & bug free. Please note that this is my second fan. The first one lasted for 3 years which ran constantly

My old bedroom fan finally died and I was overwhelmed by how many types of fans are available online. Lasko has always been very good, so I bought this model after reading many good reviews. It was easy to order, delivered quickly and assembled very easily with no tools. But the best part is that it works great to both circulate air and provide consistent white noise while I sleep. All three settings are powerful with High being super forceful in blowing air. I would highly recommend this Lasko fan and I might buy a second one as a backup.

I was able to easily put this together without even using the instructions. Made very good and durable. Only thing i will say is that it is not very powerful.

I bought 2 of these. Lasko is the best brand and the circulation is amazing. The airflows is so nice and strong and it’s very quiet.

The base is bigger than I expected, but I love it. The remote feature is perfect.

I love this fan. It’s the best fan ever, not only is it the right height, but it blows a strong wind. Love the remote control, since I’m disabled it helps that I don’t have to get up to turn the fan on , just use the remote! The wide fan gives a lot of air ! I Highly recommend this fan !! Great product !!!

Fan is very powerful. Puts out alot of air flow. Fan is ideal for big areas not small areas since it has heavy air flow. Love this Fan.

This fan came with parts that didn’t fit with each other. The part that holds the fan refused to go in straight and we tried in vain to put the fan face together. The ring that attaches to the fan to hold it up never fit and refused to click into place. I was highly disappointed and frustrated with this. The entire fan is useless Because the wrong pipe was sent so I am not going to have this fan in my home

Out of the box, this Lasko pedestal fan is pretty darn good. Assembly is straight forward and doesn’t require any tools. A few things to watch are the seating of the back half of the grill on the head assembly; proper alignment of the fan on the spindle; and the seating of the extension pole in the base. The grill is keyed to line it up on the head, but you have to make sure to press it all the way in or the big plastic lock nut won’t catch the threads. Align the blade so that the pin in the motor shaft fits into the recess. The extension pole isn’t bolted into the pedestal base, so make sure you twist and press it all the way into it or you may drop the base when you move the fan. Functionally it is great. It has four fan speeds and I could feel the breeze from 20’ away with the fan on its lowest setting. There is a clear difference between all speeds. The oscillation function works well and the fan has a wide sweep. The height can be adjusted between 45” and 57”. I am 6’ tall and at its tallest setting the fan hits me in the chest. The head can also be tilted and has 4 positions from slightly down to approximately 45 degrees up. There is a timer too. It can be set for 1 to 7 hours by repeatedly pressing the timer button until you have the desired time. The remote requires 2 AAA batteries, not included, and worked flawlessly from 20’ away. The only downside to the controls and the remote is that the head blocks them, making them difficult to read unless I am close to it. The remote has a cut out on it that holds it on a hook molded into the rear of the fan. It moves a lot of air, isn’t loud, and has a lot of adjustability. I love it. I just feel like I need to be a bit careful moving it around since it is just pressed together. Nothing has come loose or fallen off, so I may have no reason to be concerned.

Could have been an excellent fan but it fell short in the execution of some of its most basic features. The Lasko 20-inch adjustable pedestal fan with remote (Model S20625) is a 5 bladed, oscillating fan weighing is at approx. 14 lbs. with a 20-inch round pedestal. The fan as measured to the center of the blades, has a max. height 44 inches with 33 inches being its lowest height or approx. 11 inches of adjustment. The fan has four speeds 1500, 1600, 1800 and 2000 and consumes approx. 70 watts on low and 94 on high and has a built-in timer and comes with a remote. The remote requires two AAA batteries (NOT INCLUDED), can control power on/off, speed and timer functions. The remote can be stored on a clip located on the back side of the motor housing. The fan can be made to stop oscillating and become directional with plunger switch mounted on motor head. The motor head has three vertical positions for approx. 30 deg. up angle for air flow. The actual fan speed noise is not that bad even on high and compares with my other three Lasko pedestal fans. What I heard more in operation was the electric motor noise not so much the air speed noise. The oscillation was slightly less than my other fans but still more than covered a full room. Assembly was less than 10 minuets and required no tools. I recommend putting the adjustable shaft into the pedestal base first and then the motor assembly onto the shaft so you can hear each part properly seating. The fan failed my expectations in the height adjustment function and IMO is unsatisfactory. The height adjustment is a simple turn knob, but I could not get mine tight enough to keep the fan from collapsing during operation. I started at max height and after a 5-hr. run the fan had lowered 8 inches (see photos). I enlisted help and held the fan up, held both inside and outside pipe and tightened the adjustment knob a tight as I could resulting is the same lowering as was previously noted. I do not have this issue with any of the other 3 Lasko pedestal fans that I own. For me this lowering is not catastrophic as it is still high enough for the bottom of the window, but this condition is really not acceptable and a quality concern and resulted in a lower rating given.

Excellent pedestal fam, what I like the most about this one is that it is extremely lightweight and at the same time very stable. The fan also moves a good bit of air while remaining relatively quickly. The remote control is also nice to have as I am lazy and can adjust the fan from my easy chair. The only downside to the remote is it won't adjust the oscillation. There is even a place to hang the remote so it doesn't get lost. Assembly was simple and took maybe 5 minutes without any tools. I did not even need to read the instructions.

The Lasko Adjustable Height 4 Speed Oscillating Pedestal Fan in Black is a really nice fan. It has a 20 inch blade that moves the air nicely. The pedestal is adjustable up to 57 inches, so you can get the airflow where you want it. It has 4 speeds, and timer settings that you can set from the base controls, or the included remote control. Also, i's not overly heavy, and uses a wide base for stability instead of a weighted base. I know that it's going to have a long life, as long as you clean is a couple of times a year (including vacuuming the motor), as our current Lasko pedestal fans have been running for the last 5 years. The only thing I'd like them to improve is are the two screw components for the cage backing, and the blade need something in the molding design to help improve the gripping ability for tightening them during assembly.

This is a great fan with a lot of features. It came well packaged and does require assembly. When I opened the box, I was a little intimidated by all the parts - but the instructions are clear and the assembly took less than 10 minutes. As far as features, the fan has a large 20" blade and a large base for stability. It comes with a remote control that can be stored on the back of the fan. It has four speeds, oscillates, tilts and has an adjustable height. It also has a 7 hour adjustable timer. This is a really nice fan that I plan to use in my shop.

I needed a new fan and it having a remote was a bonus change the speed 3 setting and off a timer for 1,2 or 4 hours. it tilts back as well.it cycles back and forth to turn that off you have to do that at the fan and pull the knob behind the fan, there are controls on the fan if you cannot find the remote. Putting it together was easy but there is a problem with it the base is plastic with a hole in the center you insert the smooth hollow rod into the smooth hole it says to turn the rod into it. Attach motor there is a handle to adjust the height of the fan but the fan will not stay up turn it and it just turns the entire pole in base. Three hands needed one to hold up the fan one to hold the pole and one to twist the knob maybe you can get it tight enough for it to stay up. You need two AAA batteries for the remote they do not come with it.

I replaced two ancient floor box fans with the Lasko Oscillating Pedestal Fan. It came in 9 pieces and was easy to assemble without tools. The only thing that threw me was a left-handed thread on one of the two oversized plastic nuts, until I stopped and looked at the big arrow molded into the nut grip. This is a consumer version of the huge pedestal fans the shop guys at work use. Here in Florida I can't work in my garage/shop/man cave without sweat dripping on my work unless I have a fan blowing on me. This has an adjustable pedestal and goes up to 57" tall. The whole thing weighs less than 14 pounds and is easily carried with one hand. The base is 24" in diameter as is the wire cage/shroud for the fan blade. I found that I don't need to move it because it oscillates and is above all the clutter in the shop, providing a nice stream of cooling breeze, unlike my old box fans. It has 4 speeds, a multi-function timer, and a nice remote. The remote even has a convenient place to hang on the back of the controller. The front controls are simple and have LED indicators for speed and time. I wish I had gotten this years ago! Another feature worth mentioning is the "blue plug." The wall plug has a fusible link in it as a safety feature of last resort and is colored blue as a trademarked feature. Years ago we had a trailer burn down at work because of a overheated fan left on by someone overnight. This could have prevented that fire.

Very pleased with this fan, It sets up easy and is very light. Probably due to everything being plastic, but it does snap together easily and seems to be very sturdy. no real directions, but just picture showing where parts go and the order of. One thing missing off of the instructions is the rod in back that you pull out or push in to start stop oscillating ( see picture of). I really like the remote control as I am using in corner of shop and letting it blow across and do not have to go to it to turn off, on or speed up or slow down. it is nice and quiet too.

Love this fan!!! Easy to assemble comes with a remote that has three different settings for speed plus three different settings for automatic shut off. Very Happy with prodcut. *** Be Aware*** The only thing I didnt like is I order this online they ship product with the same box you see in store so if your not home and its left unattended people will know its a fan and most likely get stolen.

Super easy to put together. We bought 2 for two rooms and these are great. Very strong on low and the pivot is great, even when we have the head tilted upwards! The remote has to be pointed directly at the front of the plating in the front of the fan, where the light is otherwise it wont work but it is convenient.

The fan is too loud & noisy! It bothers me when sleeping & watching tv....fan too noisy!

I was always hesitating on buying this fan but let me tell you that it is everything you can ask for. It’s quite, three amazing modes but personally speaking you really need mode one or two because it is very strong. Now the only reason why I am giving this item a four star is because the item was deliverd in a big box with absolutly no tape or rope around it to prevent all the items from falling out! As you know this is extremly imporant because on its transit to delivery anything could’ve gotten lost or worst stollen. Besides that, 5 star on the product itself. 1 star on my package and delivery expirence.

The fan works great and love the remote control convenience. I found the base to take a bit more space than expected, it doesn't look that "elegant" and it's quite loud on the highest setting but for the rest, it serves its purpose.

We own two of these fans at home. Like the programmable feature where it can stay on 2, 4 or 6 hours and then shut off. Easy to assemble, the three speeds are good. Love the remote control, so easy to use! Bought three more of the same fans for our Kingdom Hall. They help circulate the air, saving $$$ on air conditioning bill & electricity.

I love this fan. It gives a lot of air and it is not loud to the point where you can’t sleep. It is very easy to assemble and it looks gorgeous in the corner of my room. I’ve received many compliments on the fan. It is also great having a control. I’m able to turn it on and off and a change the speed without having to get up. I’ve had it for over a month and it hasn’t given me any problems. I keep the fan on all night!
