I used two different battries after charging them, I found it would not even remove lug nuts off my car. I owe a 1/4 in bosch which does remove lug nuts, but I know it was not designed for that and I know it would put to much stress on it. I would not buy this type again.
I returned it to the store.

Useful Tool
This was my first impact wrench. I already had the 18v Bosch compact drill with charger and 2 batteries. Needed to get some rusty bolts off a utility trailer to replace boards. Bought the impact wrench as bare tool and couldn't be more pleased. No problem with bolts. Wish I'd bought the drill/impact combo when I bought my drill a couple of years ago. Highly recommend the Bosch compact drill and impact.

Outstanding Impact
Since I bought this tool I never use my air impact anymore. It is light weight wise and is very powerful. It works flawlessly. I added this to a combo kit and it was the perfect addition.

Plenty of power
This is one of those tools that you don't realize just how useful it is until you use it for a little while, then it becomes indispensable. I bought it to replace a cumbersome heavy electric impact wrench that I used mostly to remove and install wheel lug nuts. This rather small light-weight Bosch impact wrench can do that job with ease. Then I started using it to drive all sorts of nuts, bolts and screws into wood, concrete and steel. It's so small that it's hard to believe that it can do heavy torque jobs, but it is up to the task. The tool is part of the Bosh 18-Volt family - which allows me to use the same battery for both my Bosch drill and this impact wrench. That 18-Volt lithium-ion battery has proven that it has plenty of power and lasts a long time in heavy use, but you do need to have a second battery available for very long jobs. The battery charges quickly and retains much of that charge if left in a tool for an extended period of time (I've left mine in a tool for a few months and it still had almost a full charge). In comparison to several other rechargeable tool systems that I've owned, the Bosch is far superior. Add to that the quality of Bosch tools in general.
