Works 100% as advertised!

I received two different "feet/legs/base". One (with the lip) fits perfectly while the second one does not because it does not have the lip for the heater to sit down level on. Additionally, I would have assumed that screws would have come with the product for attachment. They didn't. Nor is the directions for securing the base any clearer.

First of all the brass fitting is not in the box open 4 boxes in store no fittings. I use this fitting out of a connection kit i had. Heater works well but must adjust pilot to keep from going out (see other reviews) 1 star off for no fitting in box and 1 star off for no fittings in any box that i opened.

Overall the heater is well built and has the option of wall mount or freestanding. The only part that is really disappointing is that the brass fitting that goes into the heater itself was missing and an off the shelf fitting would not work. I was able to fabricate a part that would work, but was disappointed that I had to. Of course I could have complained to the manufacturer but really did not want to. It was easier to just make the part. For the price this is a good deal, but for most people they will have to pay an installer to put it in and any missing parts will just make things more difficult. when order we did a pick up at store,was easy to do.got it home was all together,easy to install ,it is the right size,it works great,haven't had it over 3,heats the 2 rooms we wanted it for,whe nwe put the ceiling fan on it hits another room,so we stop using the little elec heater,can say its great and would recommend this to family and friends

I like the way it comes on and goes off by itself. This saves on gas; when the house gets warm it goes off until it gets cool again. I can set it on any temperature I want. It meets all my expectations.

Best stove I've ever had and I've put several in the garbage.. Love the way it controls the heat. Just light, set and forget.

The 16,000 BTU Infrared heater has features that are easy to use and the performance in heating the area does not take too long. The customer service and shipping was on schedule and the delivery was received earlier then the scheduled due date.

When unboxing I immediately smelled stale cigarette. Didn’t take long to realize it was a returned item. Parts were missing (wall mount, screws). When trying to exchange it I was rudely told I they were not able to exchange it and I was forced to return it. Very poor experience.

I really like the look and design of the heater. Fits into my space really well. No fumes.

Very nice for a smaller area. Heats the basement. No smell. Not for a whole house.

Bought as a display model and was missing the NPT plug to close off the Propane side.instruction stated to only use the one that was provided. So I returned it to the store. Thank you

Nice unit easy installation

I bought one and had it installed by plumbers. Didn't work. Took it back and got a second one. It currently doesn't work, either, and I'm going to have to hire someone else to come look at it and see why it won't. I had a guy from the gas company come out to make sure we were getting gas to it, and he assured me we are. So, no, I am NOT happy and would NOT recommend to anyone else.

Unfortunately, I had to return this item; the pilot would turn off by itself.I had purchased this for one of our disabled veterans, and we had to remove it and purchase a new one somewhere else to replace this one.

It immediately started blowing fire out the top of the heater. Took back the next day.

Mounting was easy, hook up was fairly simple,and it works very well. The blower really helps with heat circulation also.
