Expected the seal strip to keep out water from hard rain. Did not do so, good size puddle right next to strip.

Easy assembly and it works.

Easy to install....works perfectly! I have had so many issues with water coming in....even after replacing bottom rubber piece on garage door this was the only thing that did the trick!

This product got the job done. I would recommend it to anybody thinking of purchasing it.

Was pretty easy to install my floor was worse than I thought would have been nice to have it 3/4” high. Good product seems to have sealed well as I can’t see light between this and the door

Cheap Caulk gun broke midway through application! It was almost a disaster! I didnt have another gun! I frantically cut and squeezed the caulk out w my hand. The end result turned out to be a mess! The threshhold itself was very nice. Bad caulk gun ruined a potential 5 star review!

Seal is excellent. Stopped rain water from entering garage through the astragal seal on the door bottom.

Good quality seal, nice to get the adhesive and gun included in the kit. Package arrived on time and in great shape. Worth the money to seal out water and critters.

I purchased this garage door seal online as it wasn't available in the store. It came faster than first indicated and the timing was good as it had not rained for some time. The floor and surrounding surfaces were nice and dry. I applied the recommended rubbing alcohol to the area under the door to ensure a clean, dry surface before putting the included glue down. Lining up the seal was easy using chalk to outline where the seal was to lie. Next time it rains we will see if this was an effective solution to prevent water from entering the garage.

It's easy to install. I read the instruction paper and I myself install it successfully. But the caulking gun is not good. After five minutes using it broke down. However I recommend this product to everyone.

Have had a water issue everytime it rains where water seaps under my garage door and pools in the garage. I installed this and just had the worse rain in Southern California in years and not a drop in my garage. Highly recommend this and the brown seal looks good on my epoxy floor.

There is NO water leaking under my garage door now. It works better than I expected!

Solved issue of rain driven water entering under garage door.

I had a lot of water coming in under my garage door due to an uneven garage floor. After having the floor mud jacked and an epoxy floor overlaid put in, there was still a problem. I installed the threshold kit, and even though the problem is not 100% resolved, it is definitely very much improved with the help of the barrier. I definitely recommend this for keeping out cold air, water and leaves.

used this to replace thresholds i've had for nearly 15 years and were failing. got a color choice this time, and more glue with this product. no leaks yet. hope it lasts as long as the previous set.
