I experienced the same problem enumerated in several reviews of having the mop stick sliding out. I resolved the problem by putting around the stick or pole a narrow piece of the self adhesive felt you use to protect floors from furniture scratches, and it worked excellent. No more sliding off the mob stick!!!

Unlike another hanger that I bought with hooks. this unit better holds heavy tools like wet mops. Even then, you may have to sand the shiny surface of heavy mops so the ball grips the handle better. While the installation is easy, you cannot use screws larger than the ones supplied with the unit because the holes are recessed deep into the unit and too small to accept heads of larger screws. The template supplied with the unit is helpful to help mark the wall and show where to mount the dry-wall anchors.

This is a good design and well made.

The rack works well. The screws and wall anchors that came with it are useless in wall board.

I have a small closet where these worked well. I ordered two and placed them on both sides. Now all the brooms and mops are easy to reach when needed.

A great way to store brooms & other necessary cleaning tools in a orderly way. Very well made & sturdy.

Does not hold my broom very well.

Looks good but won’t grip regular broom handles. Unless you hang with broom straws up. Seiffgrs are the same. In order to use it I had to put cord through handles and hang from pull down hooks wouldn’t buy again.

I had super high hopes for this but alas half of the items in the slots keep falling no matter if they're on the slick pack of handle or the grippy part. If it were just my electric mop falling, I might could write it off as too heavy BUT EVEN MY BROOM KEEPS FALLING!!!! A BROOM?!? That's definitely not too heavy. I've tried everything to keep it hanging but it will not stay hung in the slot so now it's STILL standing in my utility closet instead of neatly on the door. Definitely wouldn't recommend and wish I'd gone with a different product.

This product is easy to use and the hooks are a great feature to hold dust pans, etc. I didn’t give it 5 stars because the screws that come with it were too short to support the weight of all the items and had to be changed out.

Didn’t hold anything. They just slid off the holder. Made holes in my wall for nothing.
