easy to put together and easy to take apart. we are enjoying our 'pandemic hammock' very much.

Easy to assemble, no tools needed, and heaven when you climb in! Everyone needs a hammock.

it is a great stand, there was a small bit of rust on the bottom of the stand, odd for a new powder coated strand.

Color is much less brassy than depicted in image. Poorly manufactured- poles are over painted and do not fit together because excess paint has altered the diameters of the poles that need to connect.

On one of the pipes that holds the chain it was almost impossible to get it in the base pipe. Had to beat it in with a hammer. Was not happy with this item, would not recommend it to anyone.

DON'T BUY THIS.. WORST purchase ever made at HD. SHAME on HD for this product. It does NOT go together easily. I had to hammer the end over 100 times with a rubber mallet to get the pipes to engage even a 1/2 inch. The pipes are TOO TIGHT to slide, even when I pre-sprayed with WD40.

I wanted the base to have the rounded poles like the ones that are shown in the picture. When the base is rounded it is much easier to slide through the grass. I will be returning this one because the picture was misleading and I have had stands with a squared base before and they were very hard to slide.

Was a great deal, easy, and I live my hammock on that base
