The picture of this planter does not come close to the actual product. I purchased 3 of this planter, and was really excited to receive them...even had the plants ready and waiting. When they arrived though, it was such a let down. The wood was very rough-cut, not at all smooth as it appears in the picture, and the workmanship was unbelievably shoddy. There were nails in between the ends of the boards, as opposed to actually being through the boards they were supposed to be securing, and some boards weren't even nailed at all. Those fell out when I took the planters out of the their boxes. I immediately returned them to the local Home Depot. What a let down.

Planter arrived in excellent condition and already assembled. Product resembles photos perfectly and the wood is beautiful. I bought two to plant tomato plants and so far they are holding up really well. I like that they are light and therefore portable so I can easily move them around if I need to. They look really great in my garden!

Planters were easy to stain and look great. Gave a finished look to the patio.

Good value and good quality. Haven't had it long so I don't know how it will stand up over time.
