I was so looking forward to this item only to be very disappointed in the product and website. My planters came with cheap twine knotted to the planter and not the chains as shown in the picture.

ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE SEE THROUGH COCO LINER THAT i HAD TO REINFORCE IN ORDER TO PLANT THE HANGER. OTHERWISE LOOKS BEAUTIFUL, AND IS DIFFICULT TO FIND WHITE. DELIVERY WAS FREE, PRICE UNBEATABLE, AND WEBSITE EASY TO USE.
