Took us too long to put it up! Should have done it a year ago and stop procrastinating!

I bought one for every camera and they work perfectly. The included 65' wire has to be attached to the camera, then this extension connects to that and runs to the DVR. Just a little bit of a learning curve there, as I tried to connect with only the 130' extension, which appeared at first to have the wrong connections. Once I had it set up properly, it worked perfectly....Thanks to Donna at Defender for the help. Cameras nearly 200' from DVR gives amazing flexibility to the system. Well worth the price.

Prompt deliver, but I learned after I strung my wiring that this did not have the correct fittings on the camera end. I trashed this cable and bought one with correct fittings.

Had to return. Cable itself is good, but you have to add it to dvr first, then into the original non fire-rated cable. Defeats the purpose of fire rated cable. The end of the cable(now the non fire-rated) is the part that would be in the wall. I couldn't find an adapter to use the fire-rated cable without using the non fire-rated cable to attach to equipment. Manufacturer should put matching ends (directly to equipment)on it or sell an adapter for it.

The cables arrived on time but the camera ends of the cable did not fit the Defender that I purchase earlier from Home Depot. All I wanted were longer cables to extend the camera reach. I purchase two roles of extension and the connection were wrong. I had to go to my local store buy two cables cut off the ends and attached it to extension cables. Now I have two 50ft cables with no ends. What a waste

Really happy with the extension cables! We were able to put the monitor in a better part of our home with using these!

The cords worked perfectly and allowed me to finally get a camera on the garage. I had to connect two of these cords together and with the original 60ft cord it gave me the length I needed. Every now and then I do get a flicker on that camera but with over 300ft of cord it works fine.

Just make sure u use first connect to dvr first then use the cord that comes with the camera. I used it on my new EZVIZ system it's compatible

My run to some of the cameras extended the initial cable length these fit the need.

I lacked 10 feet with original cable and ordered this cable thinking it would replace the original 65 foot cable, I was wrong. This is NOT a replacement cable, this an "EXTENSION" cable to be connect to the original cable.

Must purchase a connection for it to work, good luck finding the correct one!

I was thinking about a system and came across Defender and it's just what was needed to secure the areas around my home. I like having the option of being able to add more cameras. Great product.

Item was purchased to replace an original cable that I damaged while installing, but you'll need an adaptor (BNC M-M) if going from DVR to Camera.

Just be sure of the ends.....that connect together.........BNC connections DO NOT match up with this cable wire......if you connect this to the camera.....n then to the DVR.......you'll find that the DVR has the same connections as the camera pigtail lead .......but this cable has a female connector at one end.....n a male connector at the other end.........you will have to buy an adapter...........

Good product for the price. Recommend for those that need cable extensions.
