Excellent reacher for heights up to 16ft, very useful tool!

Flimsy. Unstable. Can only be used at full extension. Only good for very light applications

after it's fully extended becomes 10ft long, it's tricky to move from room to room while being indoors. the grib is fine, it can pick up a beer bottle, a cup, no problem. don't go try to pick up a brick obviously. i cleared the rain gutter with it, replaced a downspout fitler with it. Again, with it being 10ft long, you must think about how to feed item to the grabber while holding onto the trigger 10ft away.

It’s an okay tool. But isn’t sturdy enough to pickup and hold for any time very long.I guess too long to be that sturdy.

Didn't work, had to return it.

It needs something better than the suction cups to grab things I use mine to pull Bagworms and it slides off needs something metal with grooves

So far, so good, after a few weeks of light use. It works for me to pull stuff out of the deep end of our 6 ft. deep pool. It seems pretty sturdy- and is pretty easy to use- I can even pull 3 mini coconuts (about marble sized) out of the pool together at the same time. The only issues I have had so far are: * It's hard for me to pull one of the sections apart to fold it up completely- but I think I may just need more practice on that. * Putting the lock on and off is a bit klunky- but I found I don't always need to use the lock anyway.

it works if item being handled is not to heavy. It's useful.

Arrived in good condition. Needed a long reacher & grabber tool, and this works well.

Have not tried to hold heavier object;hope it can be strong enough

This E-Z Reacher is sturdy and will definitely pick up something on the larger size, but does not hold on to anything small. It is worth what I paid for it, it just didn't work for the job I needed it to do.

Very poor gripping power. Got it to pull down some retractable Roman shades. The pincers close but don't have any leverage. Useless.

Tool is what was expected and will serve my needs.

The tool works as advertised. The sleeves that lock the sections together can be hard to align at times, but they are tight and rigid. I have used it to put up Christmas lights and take tree limbs off the roof.

It does what it claims and can pick up things out of my window wells.

Excellent. Just what a senior citizen needs to get small stuff off of roof on a ranch home without using a ladder ! Perfect !

Performed well for an odd job pulling bricks from chimney. No kidding. Will be a handy tool to pick up apples in the fall.

Not stable enough to be useful unless you have seven foot arms to stabilize the middle. Suction cups on the end offer little to no grip, so even if you can reach your target, you can't do much with it.
