Simple to use but unfortunately it has stopped working! Thought it was a fuse but wires melted inside !!!! It was a gift &I don't have a receipt for it ???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the toaster oven less than a year ago and initially we had problems reading the 4 knobs and it has gotten progressively worse. When you look at the oven online or in the box the letters and numbers are easy to see and read...this is not the case on the actual oven. I called when we purchased the oven and the representative said that they did not see a problem and had never had anyone complain. Sad response. I guess I will have to buy replacement knobs or a new toaster of a different brand,

We like the unit even if it is 30% smaller than our older convection. We would have preferred it to be black instead of silver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleased with the ease of operation as well as the design and size of this toaster oven. I previously owned a much smaller toaster oven that worked well enough but didn't have the capacity I needed. This product is large enough to accomodate my needs without overpowering my kitchen counter. I live alone and rarely use my oven range anymore. I love the baking and broiing features and I find myself using every night to prepare dinner as well as for heating up left overs and toasting.

I did a lot of online researching before I selected this product as I didn't want a small toaster oven, but something larger. This is a very manageable sized oven and is roomy enough for a large meatloaf or two pans of cookies. The baking feature is the best feature, the toasting part is average. Cookies and other bakery come out fantastic with no burned bottoms and chewy not over cooked. This oven does get very hot on the outside, so needs to be placed where it is out of the way of everyday walkways or little hands. I love it and the price was terrific!

It functions perfectly and heats up quickly. I have burnt my knuckles a few times, I'm still getting used to a smaller oven. I found that this is a wonderful option for cooking in the hot summer days, as it doesn't heat up the house.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I purchased this countertop oven so that I could heat food without turning on the larger oven. I discovered that it fits a full size pizza; it bakes fantastically; it reheats food very quickly. I am more than pleased with this unit.

Loved it until one of the upper elements failed and I discovered replacements are not offered. I spent more money on Kitchen Aid because I thought it would last AND because when it fails (everything fails) I expected it'd be repairable. Such a standard part as a heating element not being available - extremely disappointing and indicative of poor environmental stewardship.

I had this oven for 7 years and it was amazing! I used it almost everyday. It cooked better than the oven on my range. I was very happy with it. Looking forward to getting another updated KitchenAid convection oven

I got this oven last October because my mom has one that has lasted years. Unfortunately mine broke this past July and I hadn't even had it for a year yet. Not only that, it short circuited our outlet and we had to pay to have an electrician fix our electric board on that wall. I am now not allowed to buy kitchenaid toaster ovens anymore because of this incident. :(

Enjoyed for about 2 years, then it just quit. No light, no heat, no nothing. Had taken good care of and had used average of two or three times a week. Then looked in owner's manual for help. Extent of help was "check fuse to outlet, unplug oven and plug back in." Wow. Read other reviews annotating same problem, and yet nothing from KitchenAide. I expected more from KitchenAide.

Love the way it bakes just what I was looking for. Very Happy

WE have had this for years. We use it almost daily as an oven for heating or cooking. We moved into our new house which has two large ovens and a microwave but we use this in our pantry.

I would recommend it to everyone. Oh yes, it heats up faster than my stove top oven. Love I, love it. Thank you KitchenAid for coming to my aide this is exactly what I have been looking for. I use it in my motor home also instead of propane.

It's large enough to bake a whole chicken, a cake, a pie, a casserole and more. Its not only efficient, but handsome on my counter top as well. I am looking forward to more efficient electricity use since I will no longer be using the standard conventional oven for my baking, roasting, or broiling needs. I'm a very happy frugal person, my energy footprint will be reduced, my clean-up process is going to be much easier, and it bakes evenly and beautifully. Color me : VERY HAPPY. Thank you KitchenAid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this oven so I don't need to use my big oven for the two of us. The oven door is out of alignment on the right side. I returned my first one, thinking it was a defect. The second one came today...same thing. Customer service said it's that way for ventilation. The whole unit gets hot. I can't keep it on the counter with little ones in the house. Does anyone else have this problem??

I am quite surprised it stopped working after just 2 years seeing as how Kitchen Aid is supposed to be a more superior brand to most others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the size. Do not like the ticking but it does remind me when it shuts off. I have mine under a counter and have trouble reading the dials. The black on silver does not show up well. Wish it had an Off button. If toast is ready before the ticking stops, there is no way to turn it off.
