Great, until it wasn’t!
Purchased January, 2020. Destroyed in October, 2021. We live in Northern, NJ and we do get snow, which is why we bought this shelter. The warranty is one year but to disintegrate in a year and a half is ridiculous. A lot of money spent on a short return.

All our shelters include a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty, and if your cover tears within that period, we suggest filing a claim and having that reviewed and possibly replaced by the corresponding department. Also, there are (3) different grade of material being the 7.5 oz standard fabric, 14.5 oz Heavy-Duty, and 21.5 oz Ultra Duty material. The heavier grade has longer warrantied and life expectancies, which might better suit your needs. Holes starting to form
We bought this shelter a year and a half ago. The tarp started fraying 6 months in and now is completely torn on the roof. We are going to purchase patches to fix it because we can't afford a new one. Do yourself a favor. Don't even bother with this product. It's not worth it.

This was fairly straight forward to assemble and everything fit well. My only issue are I was missing a package of carriage bolts and had to buy them at a hardware store. The other issue is the fact that there is no way to hold the door up when you are going I or out of the unit.

The top was ripped and I had 4 poles I...
The top was ripped and I had 4 poles I had to bend straight. I was also missing 3 bolts. Would not recommend this.

Good looking but time consuming
Does take some time to set up with 2 people. Without a third it would have taken all day. Did run into an issue with some bent parts the need to be replaced. Looks solid once set up.

good short term storage
Just like everyone says the assembly is very confusing i recommend watching videos first. Mine finally died after 1.5 years which is what i was expecting.

Seems to be a good product. Instructions were poor. They didn't ream out the inside of main poles so I couldn't connect the mate till I filed the drill holes. Very upsetting when you're being attacked by a thousand mosquitoes.

All of our shelters include a minimum one year warranty and if your cover tears within that time period. Our covers are UV treated in the inside, outside and in between the triple layer woven polyethylene material. Our standard units come with a 9 oz. cover meant for temporary use and if you live in an area that gets more sun exposure than most or the cover receives sun exposure along with exposure to other elements such has strong winds or snow this will also have an effect on longevity.We also offer many replacement cover options, including heavier materials that may have longer warranties and life expectancies which might better suit your needs. shelter logic portable garage
Overall a good product. Dont be scared of set up. If you can read and use tools. You will be fine. 5 hours start to finish with 3 people. Its not a real garage so temper expectations. But it is certainly rugged enough for a NH winter if you pay attention to the snow load. I wish the door panels came down as low as the side panels. There is a space i and you will have to deal with to keep snow out. The zippers are cheap so we will see how long they last. Biggest complaint was my local store. Product came in with mangled boxes and hardware falling out. Had to check them myself before leaving. Store gets 1 star.

Other than the instructions are a little vague it seems to do what I need so far. Will not know that for sure for some time. The ratchet tie down system however is the real reason I decided on Shelter Logic. And I actually assembled it by myself except pulling the main canopy over the top, and would suggest that even the bottom rails be assembled before the top is pulled to make sure the legs are spaced properly since I tied each leg down.

Overall I was very pleased with the tent, I have an older one in northern VT that has held up very well. One of the most important aspects of set up other than square is leveling your base, I used deck block to level and support the poles. I even shot (hilty) to feet into it. It was missing a pole.
