5☆ if you could buy shorter lengths. Truly crushproof... took a ton of abuse during installation. I have three of these hoses incorporated into my dust collection system.

Hi DSCRenovations, thank you for purchasing our hoses! We are glad they have worked well for you. A note on the length of the hoses - there are two ways to get a shorter hose. The first is to look into product # 14173 on our website, which is a 1 foot version of this hose. Second, and perhaps more economical, is that this hose can actually be cut into the desired length and the hose cuffs will screw on even after the hose has been cut. Ergo, if you cut the 12 foot hose into two 6 foot portions, you can screw the hose cuffs on to either 6 foot portion. I returned the hose, bought it for my brother. He said hose inside diameter was smaller than the original hose that came with his shop vac.

Just as advertized
Very satisfied.. I had concerns about the ends fitting my vacuum based on other reviews BUT much to my surprise the ends fit my 5HP sears shop vac perfictly. My old hose had succumbed to being crushed and years of use. So now I not only have a longer hose but one that will not yield to being stepped on. Very pleased with item.
